This was an amazing experience from start to finish! I called at 11am just to see about having someone come check out my unit and within an hour and a half my a/c was back up and running blowing strong!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air and inside our house got up to 90 degrees at 9 pm. We tried calling around to a bunch of “emergency” and “24/7” places and couldn’t get anyone to come out that night or the following morning. Finally we found Autumn. They were at our house by 10:30 pm and our tech Gilbert was great. Very courteous, Knowledgable, and efficient. Our compressor gave out so he quickly replaced it, cooled down our overheated AC and we had cold air again by 11 pm

I’m glad I found them, I’ll be using them for my maintenance going forward.

We had a really great experience with Kolby he came out same day, it was pretty late, identified and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes, thoroughly tested and educated me a little bit on the issue, gave us a great deal on a maintenance plan, whole thing took maybe 40 minutes. Will definitely recommend this company to our friends 👍

I had a busy month and they were very nice in squeezing in a appointment between my crazy hours. Frank was very helpful in checking everything and keeping us informed on.the progress. Also answer all concerns and checked to see if there was any issues.

Scheduled a callback online at 6 am and they called back by 7 am, and had someone out to my house by 8 am. Taylor quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC issue. I paid only a labor charge due to the part being under warranty. All around great service.

Kolby came out on a Saturday to diagnose our problem. As we expected we needed a new AC unit. Autumn Air provided a portable AC unit until they could replace it a few days later. Jason and Jesus did the replacement. They were prompt. Seemed very professional and tidy. No complaints.

Gilbert did a great job! My air went out around 7:30, I called Autumn Air and Gilbert was at my door by 8:00 and my unit was fixed and my house was cool by 8:45. Both Gilbert and Autumn air responded quickly and resolved my hot house!

Been working with Autumn Air for more than a decade. They show up on time, even at all hours of the night in the summer, and explain the services they need and want to repair thoroughly.

My AC unit was doing a bizarre thing where it was not communicating properly. Gilbert came out and was able to troubleshoot and get it fixed. Come to find out it had been wired this way for 15 years and finally reared it's ugly head. I ended up signing up with a 2-year service plan because they're right down the street from my house and very personable. It also doesn't hurt that when you call them someone actually picks up the phone.

Adam is Awesome! Genuine, knew his business. Very clear spoken, thorough and explain everything very well. He will be coming back soon to do repairs and I’m confident my Family and pets are in good hands! Ask for Adem

If you want to put your trust back into a company, let it be with this one. Kolby did a great job describing and photographing the problems. Giving me detailed information on how to proceed and gave me an estimate to repair during the inspection. Also loved that they give you real time data of when the tech will arrive and description of who will be there. The owner and team definitely put in great thought when they cultivated this company. Keep up the great work.

Autumn Air was at my house in 30 minutes after I called for emergency A/C service. Kolby fixed my unit quickly and was very personal & honest. I did buy a 2 yr maintenance plan which included the part, service call & labor for what was done to fix my unit tonight.

Frank came out to check our 2 non-working air conditioners (23 y.o. units) and give us an estimate on replacement. He was very professional and gave me good information on the differences between the systems.
