Allan and everyone at Alvarado were amazing! They were so accommodating and definitely had the best pricing. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Blower motor blew, while the technician was servicing it, now I have another company fixing it for 650 includes a new motor. Plus it needed a filter. You guys came to my house twice in the last 5 years, charged me 650 or so for a switch, then 570 for transformer last November 2024, and never once said I needed a filter, as dust was flying everywhere. Plus you charged me 79$ for the technician because he looked at it half way. Rip off!

My HVAC has been serviced by a another company due to their “military friendly” status. After I noticed that my emergency drain pipe was leaking, I called them right away and send numerous emails. 3 days went by and still no response; I started to panic. I went on the neighborhood app and I saw a representative advertising this family-owned company. I don’t do good with change but I wanted to tackle this issue right away. As soon as I sent an email on Saturday night, I got a text message that someone will come Monday morning. I assumed it was an estimated timeline and get a possible cancellation due to the urgency or priority others may have.

Monday morning, I got a text message that Peter was on his way. Peter showed up within the estimate time frame, he was extremely professional and heard all my concerns. He talked in a way I could understand and every time he was about to do something, he walked me through it. He answered all of my questions without judgement.

He had a contactless square payment method (tap, chip or swipe). The whole process was safe and efficient. He made sure I had the invoice with the warranty information. The invoice is detailed with everything that was conducted and serviced. The other company called me today, I told them I will no longer need their services. My a/c is cooling a lot faster and running efficiently. Thanks Peter.

I had Service Tech Peter come out to perform maintenance on our AC unit, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He arrived right within the scheduled time window and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Peter was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He demonstrated great knowledge and attention to detail during the inspection, even sending me videos to keep me informed about what he was checking in the attic where the furnace is located. I highly recommend Alvarado’s Heating and Cooling — they are simply the best! Thank you again PETER!! :-)

Peter was our service technician, he was on time and very knowledgeable and respectful gave me updates on how the services was going. He was also very thorough he goes above and beyond his duties. This is such an amazing company! They were able to help our family when our AC unit stopped working in August. We called 2 other companies and we couldn't afford their prices. Alvarados was able to help us within our budget and their customer service was great.

I’ve been with this company for 10 years. They’re very professional, all the technicians know what they’re doing and are super nice. My air went out at 2:30pm. They were there to fix it by 4:15pm. Took him 15 mins and it’s working like a charm. Just a wire. No charge👍

I had an outstanding experience with Autumn Air Heating and Cooling, and I can’t say enough good things about both Kolby (technician) and Cheyenne (customer service).

Kolby went above and beyond in every way. He was adamant about clearly explaining his findings while diagnosing my unit, spoke and worked with complete honesty, and even went out of his way to revisit my property to make absolutely sure that replacing the entire unit was the right call rather than just swapping out the condenser. I really appreciated his commitment to transparency—he kept me fully informed as the homeowner, while also being respectful not to share unnecessary details with my tenant. His communication was proactive and consistent, which gave me real confidence that I was making the right decision.

Cheyenne in customer service was equally impressive. She was always easy to reach and truly treated me as more than just a customer. She recognized how serious it is to be without air conditioning in an Arizona summer and made it clear that getting this resolved quickly was her top priority. She dealt with me patiently, showed genuine care, and even rearranged tech schedules so my property could be seen quickly. That level of dedication is rare and meant a lot.

This company clearly holds itself to a very high standard of professionalism, industry knowledge, and fairness in pricing. With people like Kolby and Cheyenne on their team, Autumn Air has earned my trust and my highest recommendation.

3rd time using this company. Again they had a super fast response- on site 2 hours after my first call. My technician Taylor trouble shot my AC unit, Quickly identified the problem and had me up and running in 30 minutes. Explained to me the issue in a way I completely understood. all things considered-fast response @ 9pm at night, middle of summer, came prepared with knowledge and parts on truck, super friendly. This is the only company I will use. As for the price, I would consider it extremely reasonable for my situation.

This place is great! I have been in my hime for 6 years and nearly every year there's an issue wither either our A/C or Heater. I've tried many companies, usually being charged for emergency calls.

We had an issue a few days ago and so I searched for another new company trying to find one that is polite over the phone and won't price gouge me while my family and I are suffering in the heat.

I called in and spoke with an extremely nice young lady only to find out later that she is the daughter of the owner and who the company was named after, Autumn. Autumn was very professional and did her best to answer as many questions as she could without ever making me feel like I was being a bother.

I learned that these guys are a 24/7 service and their rates are the same no matter the time of day. Super cool.

Kolby was my technician and he was very nice and professional. Not only did he offer to cleanup after himself, he even made it a point to wear disposable shoe covers over his boots anytime he was entering the house. Very classy. He diagnosed the issue swiftlyal had us back up and running within 30 mins (that included about 20 minutes of me distracting him). He answered all of my questions I had about our system. I am now much more educated about our system and will likely be making some upgrades soon.

Without a doubt, I recommend this company. 10 out of 10. Additionally, I fully endorse Kolby. Whatever you are paying him I suggest increasing it. It costs companies more to hire a new guy then it does to offer a raise especially cuz there's no guarantee they'll be good and no chance they'll be as good as him.

em right away. It was a defective hose. Frank has a great attitude and has the ability to explain problems to the common homeowner.

Requested an inspection and hoping for a time during the week but Kolby was at the house within an hour. On a Saturday! I knew I needed a fix and he gave me my options. Straightforward, easy to work with, and knew everything about HVAC!

Kolby was great! He came out on a Saturday for no extra charge a diagnosed and fixed our leaking air handler?, I would recommend Autumn Air and will look to use them in the future!
