This was our 6 month checkout and just before turning on the heat for winter. The technician arrived on time. He reviewed what was to be checked according to our contract. After completing the tasks he reviewed the results and answered our questions. He was very efficient and polite. We appreciated that all the filters were replaced.

I have asked multiple times to be removed from your cold calls but I still keep getting calls. I have a brand new unit but no matter how many times I say that, I keep getting calls. And from a spoofed phone number too.

Cesar was fantastic. He answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Completed the job to perfection and then some. I have a beautiful new Tankless water heater on the garage wall! And a new company I can rely on for my Hvac and plumbing needs. Thanks Cesar! Photos to follow.

Andy from AC medics was fantastic. We had our AC and handler annually serviced and he was so thorough. He is the only person that has taken unit apart, vacuum and washed out! He changed filters and checked all thermostats for a very reasonable price. Will use them again and definitely recommend. Roman in the office, scheduled apt and kept us updated on Andy’s time of arrival and followed up after. Great customer service!

Had them out for a same day AC repair at a rental property of mine. No issues with the repair, they were onsite after coordinating with my tenant within a couple of hours, and the repair was done by the early afternoon. The technician who came out was a total professional and did an excellent job.

I am not going to even give this company or tech a single star that is how shitty the service was!!! The tech showed up didn’t call like they said he would but not a big deal I tried telling him what the issue was and he cut me off to ask where the units are I showed him and he glanced at them and walked off didn’t even walk up to them. Asked me where the controllers are then asked where another thing was and I said I don’t know what that is and isn’t it your job to look for them he asked for permission to go around the house and I said how else would you fix the issue. Mind you he was not friendly at all and rude to me so that’s why I gave back the snotty answers. He looked diagnosed the issue started to leave and I asked what is the issue he said the compressor valve is going out and I asked did you fix it and he said we don’t fix it I wrote a report and send it back to the warranty company.
He also said since I don’t know what ac unit is acting up he wanted to charge me double and I said no I was quoted $85 he literally took my payment and did not fix my machine and now the warranty place Home warranty of America will not fix it because it is not completely broken. I realize #Homewarrantyofamerica is at fault but the tech was rude and had zero customer service both companies are a joke! I will never use either

No one came to my house! No service was performed. This company is trying to scam me with a bill that is false. Never had an appointment with this company. No one was at my house.

Cold calls individuals. Asks highly invasive personal questions. Absolutely zero customer service skills/edicate. Did not get the name of the individual calling, but 0/10 would not recommend.

We were very impressed with Andy, the AC technician, who repaired my daughter’s AC unit. He was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. After running tests he explained the problem, determined a solution and completed the repair in about an hour. I really appreciate that he monitored the air flow and temperature after the repair to make sure it was working effectively.

My central air quit cooling late Monday evening. I called AC Medics around 9:30pm and was surprised a young lady actually answered that late in the evening. I explained my situation and she was able to schedule a tech for the next morning to arrive sometime between 8am-10am. John actually showed up before 8am which pleased me very much after spending the entire night with no cooling and temperatures in the house in the mid-90's. He did a thorough review and found that the culprit was actually the AC unit's capacitor which was totally shot. After replacing the defective unit the AC began working and John checked the air coming out of the vents in each of the three zones in the house and found the air to be 60-degrees. John was courteous and seemed very customer-focused. All-in-all a very satisfied experience.

Diego of AZBlue came exactly at the time he said when I called and had my hvac running within the hour. He is very nice and professional and I will definitely recommend and use AZBlue again on any future hvac repairs.

I appreciate an honest HVAC technician/owner that can provide a home owner of the actual issue and solution with a AC unit when it goes down. I have many years of following the suggestions from Major HVAC companies in the Valley. To only find out later that they are not looking out for the home owners, but getting paid for providing an inadequate repair. So, trust me that I inquired and asked plenty of questions from previous experiences of being hosed on fixes to have them happen again. But he detected the issue with the original installation of my 16 Seer 2 stage unit of only 6 years in the HVAC handler in the attic. Within less than 20 minutes and showed me photos of the issue and made the adjustment and actual repair. You won’t go wrong with Diego the owner / technician for the West Valley.

Professionalism, efficiency, quality, and prices cannot be beaten. Diego and his team went above and beyond to ensure my new unit was installed correctly and efficiently. They also took the time to show me how to operate and take care my new A/C. Highly recommend!
