My house was not cooling so I called AC Medics. Ceasar came to my house at
7:00 pm on a Friday evening and checked the system and made the necessary repairs. Ceasar spent the time to explain in detail the problem and he was extremely helpful. I would recommend AC Medics for your air conditioning repairs.

Cesar was very friendly and worked quickly to get our air up and running. He gave us good information about our unit and why it had failed. It was our first time using the new business, and we were happy with them.

Great company. Needed a tech to fix the heater in the middle of winter and they were able to send a tech out asap. Cesar diagnoses and fixed it within one visit. Highly recommend the company due to honest works!! Did not try to sell me more than what is needed. I’m glad I’ve found them and know who to call for maintenance service since AZ temp is rising up now.

Our recent service call was very positive, the communication from customer service rep Romeo was polite, timely, called with updates, called when service team was on there way. He was on it. Nice to have someone do what they say. He was the best.

I had another company out two days ago that didn’t specialize in my system and they just reset it and said it was fine. It died the next day and I had to get another company on the job.

David was super thorough, professional, well-groomed, friendly, and cleaned up the space well. His knowledge of why my AC unit wasn’t working and how to fix it were impressive! It’s running more efficiently and cooler than it has in the last year. In this heat that makes a huge difference!!! Thank you!

Bad experience!
I ordered an inspection for one of the house we are buing, when the customer service took the call, i was informed that it was free of charge. However, on the days of inspection, the tech and customer service called and said it was actually $200 because we were not the owner yet. The charge would have been fine if they let me know in advance, but they said no charge first and then $200 later. That's not right to do.

Very pleased with Gabriel and Andy coming to my home to service the A/C, furnace, and water heater, but I'm regretfully deducting one star for the office staff. I paid for three years of service in advance, and the invoice clearly stated that I will pay extra, upon completion of the work, for a dryer-vent cleanout in the spring and a tankless water-heater flush in the fall. When Gabriel showed up the first time for the fall visit, he did not know about the water heater service. That's something the office staff should have let him know about. Anyway, he came back a few days with Andy for a second visit to service our water heater, and they both did a fine job. Looking forward to seeing them again next time.

Your tec was great what really sucks is he had my part in his truck but couldn't replace an OLD LADIES AC. HWA is terrible. 118 degrees and no air until who knows when. HWA needs to work immediately on AC in Arizons during the summer. I'm not renewing.

AC Medics sent their technician Andy Munoz over quickly to repair our AC unit that stopped running suddenly in the hot weather.
He was very polite, prompt and knowledgeable. Andy diagnosed and fixed the problems right away. The front office was very accommodating to fit us into their busy appointment schedule. I would highly recommend AC Medics.

AC Medics are Incredibly professional and friendly. It was a105 degree day and they had to spend the majority of it in the attic, but Gabriel and his team worked tirelessly and continually to make sure our new air conditioner was installed by day’s end. Not only were they incredibly hard workers, but so courteous and kind, and their customer service from all ends was an A+. I would highly recommend!

When reading this review you have to consider that this business recently changed ownership. I signed-up in 2023 with the previous owner's staff to have a yearly maintenance contract in place for 2024. I knew that the price for the annual contract increased but it did last year too so this is no surprise. I expected similar activities to take place and notes passed on by me regarding my account/equipment to the new owner and technicians. I believe the same cleaning of the external unit took place and voltage checks took place on the whole house system as written on the completed invoice. I was not sure the exact activity was performed in this regard on the mini-split system to prepare it for the summer season. I requested mini-split service in addition to the whole house system prior to the day of service and was willing to pay for this service. The mini-split system is used in my garage periodically through the summer months. There was very little mentioned of the mini-split maintenance by the technician other than suggesting a surge protection device be added to it. It should have been noted that I have a whole house surge protection system at the circuit breaker panel when the home was built in 2020. Most homes in my community have this protection. I will assume it will be noted in any future maintenance work performed. I really liked the automation built in to the delivery of the finished work invoice sent to me via EMAIL but it lacked detail that was included in the previous owner's report/invoice that was handed to me in paper form. It may have been missing going forward because most home owners do not use it but it does supply critical historical information should the system fail in the current year. I can supply the example of the additional detail to the new business owner on request. Update on 10/14/2024..... I had my appointment from 8 to 10 AM today. Romeo called before 8 AM to let me know the technician would be late due to previous work on another job. Gabriel arrived after 10:30 AM. He started with the furnace in the attic. He then helped me replace my filters in the ceiling. This saved me time. He moved on to the flush of my tank-less water heater as it was due after the last one 18 months ago. He finished right before 12:30 PM. I'm waiting for my receipt to be mailed to me.

Your tech is a liar, lazy, scammed. He sat in the truck all the time he was here. Just set up the ladder. Told me he wanted me to pay by credit card only and I was told to pay him before he started work. He didn't show me the invoice before he left and didn't show me pictures. I immediately knew this guy was a scammed that wanted my credit card #. I wrote a check and gave it to him after he was done. He later emailed me the invoice which someone else signed it. Choice Home Warranty told me he sent them pictures. But not me. The world should know what a scammed he is.

Alex Munoz from AC Medics was outstanding! We came home on a Friday afternoon to find our hot water heater gushing water-Alex got there as soon as he could, found the problem, left to get a new part, installed it and even returned again to make sure he had turned the temperature back up. He was polite, kind and professional! I would recommend him to everyone I know!

Do not use this company! They gave us the runaround for over a week saying they were coming for an appointment and did not show up and canceled at the last minute. Unreliable and quite possibly a scam call center in the Philippines nobody knows English or knew what was going on.

The team arrived right on time after notifying us they were on the way. Everything was expertly done; they explained in detail their procedures and results. Cleanup was amazing, they managed to enter and exit the attic without disturbing any insulation into the living space. Great job!!

I am very pleased with my new system! The company was extremely professional from the phone call to the end of the job. Cesar did an amazing job and over delivered. From every question to the clean up was on point. I appreciate the follow ups and any concerns I had with the project. I would recommend this company and stand by it

Service was great and fast. They where able to get out to my dad's house fast to get his a/c back up and running for him I greatly appreciated there service and so did my dad will definitely call again if any issues every arise.
