Reviews of local pros in Bisbee, Arizona

Step up Bisbee / Naco has used Bisbee Plumbing for several years. Salvador is such a kind man that he always goes out of his way to help the low income people that request assistance from Step up. Salvador is extremely knowledgeable and fair. All of his staff are professional and competent. I highly recommend him.

Bisbee plumbing has been a benefit to our home. From the professionalism on the phone to the skill of their staff providing their service. They are personable, reliable and skilled in the service they provide. They have done several jobs for us and we are never disappointed.

The company sends txt to keep customers informed on when they will arrive to do the work which is very helpful. The plumbers showed up on time did the work in good time and were professional. Unfortunately a small leak appeared 15 minutes after they left. I called but haven’t heard back 24 hours but they sent me this survey so I hope they call to come back and fix the drips. The photo shows where the drips were coming from the joints that have clear glue and no primer? The plumbers 3 showed up the next day and fixed the drips and leaks and all is again perfect and another fine day has begun. Thank you Bisbee Plumbers!👍

They work as a professional team and they really went out of their way for us! They followed up more than once on seeing that everything was correct and in working order to our satisfaction. In addition, once they were done they cleaned up after themselves where as if you had no idea they were ever here doing a job. David, one of the team leaders also was instrumental in helping us resolve a bit of damage issue which accidentally occurred during the service. That goes a long way with us and shows just how professional they are. They are first on our list for any future plumbing needs we may have.

The work that they do is adequate. I trusted the owner's estimate of $1400 (really had no reason not to having been thru this process several times with Bisbee Plumbing). I was shocked (and dismayed) for a final bill more than double the estimate $2950. I was lied to and cheated by the owner. Although I would not subject myself to their services (and subsequent treatment in the future, their work is adequate. My suggestion is to get a written estimate. Assuming that the owner's word is sufficient is a big mistake. I am not certain of the reasons for his discrimination. I identify myself as a gay/queer man. My car has two Christian bumper stickers. As a Christian I know what Jesus would do. I wonder if this gross behavior is condoned by Jehovah.

We had a broken water pipe caused by freezing weather. I discovered it in the evening. We left BZB Pluming a voice message. The called the next morning and said they would service it that afternoon but actually came & replaced the pipe in late morning.

Bisbee Plumbing was quick to respond to a call I made, showing up just a couple hours afterwards even though they had a busy schedule. The plumbers that showed up quickly identified a few problems we had and I told them I was worried about expense. I told them what I could afford and they let me know how their progress was impacting the cost so there was no surprises at the end of the day. They were friendly and easy to work with, well prices, and quick. I don’t think there’s much more you can ask for. Will definitely use them again as we work on replumbing our house in the future.

Bisbee Plumbing was extremely professional, easy to get a hold of, and they stand by their work. We had them come out a couple of times and they were able to come out immediately and get the job done. A little pricey, but that's to be expected in a small town.

We have had Bisbee Plumbing out to our house in Warren at least to our house in Warren at least 3 times in the last year and they’ve always been great - prompt, efficient and courteous (courteousness counts a lot!). Cost has always been reasonable. So - I’d recommend BP to anyone. Kudos especially to Salvatore!

They arrived early and got right to work. They changed out the cartridge in my shower. It had a LOT of calcium buildup. They answered several questions to my satisfaction. My shower is not dripping anymore. I'm very happy with this company and the service technicians.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Salvador responded quickly to a major emergency situation (the old sewer line leading downhill from our home had burst just above our downhill neighbor) and did a very professional job repairing and rebuilding it. This was especially impressive considering he was attempting to perform the work in the midst of a huge kerfuffle caused by a landowner of a strip of vacant property in between our home and the neighbor's (the resulting delay adding considerably to the bill, but that was no fault of Bisbee Plumbing). In addition to impressive skills as a plumber, Salvador also has diplomatic skills one doesn't often see these days. There may be other competent plumbers around, but we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Salvatore Lopez is always reliable, honest and trustworthy! You don't need to call anyone else! Salvatore has done extensive plumbing jobs on my 1932 home in Bisbee over the years, from installing water heaters, a water softener, faucets and complete bathroom remodels. The quality of work is always professional, on time, affordable and meticulous to detail. Bisbee Plumbing is the best and most experienced plumbing company in Cochise County hands down! Thank you to Salvatore, David, and all the employees at Bisbee Plumbing!

Bisbee Plumbing NEVER fails to do what they say they are going to do and get it done quickly! I have referred them to many clients and they have all been very please with their service!! Dennis knows his stuff and goes out of his way to get the job done RIGHT!!! David in the office is extremely helpful and professional.

Excellent work, arrived at the time promised and completed the work efficiently and quickly. We have used Bisbee Plumbing for multiple repairs and we are always pleased with their work. Definitely recommend for quality and reasonably priced work.

Bisbee Plumbing is the best of the best! New to town, day after holiday , family visiting...and pipes clogged! Bisbee Plumbing to the rescue! Fast, very friendly and very reasonably priced. This is my new place for all my plumbing needs. David and his crew are top notch professionals and really cared about making me happy and satisfied something that’s hard to find now days. I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!

They came to look at my stove to make sure it was properly converted from natural gas to propane. The technician was very kind and called me to let me know he was going to be late. That doesn’t sound like a big deal, but I’ve dealt with a few other companies in town now who have not extended this common courtesy and it’s extremely frustrating. The amount of household service/repair/maintenance companies in this town that take advantage of people is unbelievable. This company did not do this. It has restored my faith that I don’t have to go to Tucson or use YouTube and do it myself for everything. They are also waiting to charge me until my parts for the conversion come in. Bisbee Plumbing definitely has my business for as long as we live in Sierra vista.

They care about providing great service. They treated my elderly mother with love, respect, and compassion. They are professionals in their trade. They are bi -lingual in Spanish and they clearly explained what needed to be repaired with the water heater and water cooler. The visit our location every year to provide routine maintenance. The honesty is a great value to my family. Thank you, I'm glad there exist plumbing companies that care themselves with honestly and pride in their work... A rare quality these days... I can count you guys each time I call for service or maintenance on my home...

Bisbee Plumbing is one of the best companies to work with in town. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, anyone who works for them will take the time to explain the issue at hand thoroughly. They always give you the run down of what they're going to need to do before they do it. Love working with everyone at Bisbee Plumbing! <3

We have used Bisbee Plumbing for two significant jobs over the past year and they are truly an incredible company - both from the standpoint of their plumbing skills as well as their very professional customer service. I have no problem in recommending their services to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Salvador and David have both been exceptional in their interactions with us.

Bisbee Plumbing is professional and trustworthy. They have a well run office (David!) that makes it easy to schedule service calls, keeps you updated, and provides you the paperwork/invoices. Salvador and Danny are amazing! They're ALWAYS are able to figure the plumbing problem out! We are lucky to have them in Bisbee.

A neighbor recommended Bisbee Plumbing for the bathroom remodel of our home, built in 1908. We found Bisbee Plumbing to be very responsive working with our needs and timetable throughout the remodel process, as well as for additional work we needed later on. Their prices have been very reasonable.
We’ve met several of their employees and all have been courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Bisbee plumbing to anyone for their plumbing projects.
