Reviews of local pros in Bisbee, Arizona

Today was the second time Dennis from Bisbee Plumbing came to the house. It was for a water heater maintenance. The first time was due to clogged sewage lines due to roots. Both times he was VERY professional and friendly, explained things so I could easily understand them, and cleaned any debris away.
The person answering my call (Robert) was also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and it's great employees.

My experience with Bisbee Plumbing was very good! They always came on time to do the repair or whatever we needed! They dug a new line to the street from the back of our house to replace old plumbing! Did a fantastic job! They were very polite and Very reasonably priced! I would recommend them to anyone!

I always get dependable and efficient service whenever I call them for a job. Their prices are fair and competitive. I always feel I get the best job possible. They are friendly and professional, from Dolores who scheduled me to each technician who comes out, always on time.

Last week I noticed an outside water leak on pvc line. I called Bisbee Plumbing mid morning and they sent Dennis out around noon. He was very quick, efficient and knew exactly what to do. Thank you for your great service.

Bisbee Plumbing has always served my commercial and residential needs in a timely and professional manner. I greatly appreciate the customer service, communication, and reliability. I will always refer them, not just first, but they are the only plumbing company I refer to others. Thank you Bisbee Plumbing for taking such good care of our Cafe! And for taking such good care of my home as well...

First of all, this Review I’m writing is for work completed a year ago. I apologize for the tardiness in writing it. This past year has ARGUABLY been the most challenging in my life. My wife and I have experienced the loss of a mother, brother, son and nephew. There were two knee replacement surgeries, a dog bite and multiple other distractions. I would normally write a review much quicker.
We had Manny Lopez, (aka as Emanuel) come to our house and install a new walk-in shower unit. Manny and other coworkers came over and did very good work. He had to break up his days because of other job commitments which was fine, due to the circumstances. He worked very hard at making sure the tile and grout were smooth on the floor. He even replaced the tile on the step over at our request, after it was decided it would be more functional with a different material.
We are very pleased with the end result.
Was it pricey? Yes.
But is it worth it to have transformed a “60’s” looking shower into something much more modern and aesthetically pleasing, absolutely.
I wouldn’t hesitate to change one thing about the whole procedure. I feel we got a quality product for the money we spent. Bisbee plumbing has been to our house about once a year for six years for smaller projects, not bad for an older home. We have NEVER had any issues with their work. Manny Lopez is a good quality and hard working plumber with a very good work ethic.
I added a before and after photo.

Had an amazing experience with bisbee plumbing. David was very kind and helpful over the phone and got me in next day. We had a very unexpected and quick move and he really pulled through in finding someone to come service our house in such a short amount of time. Dennis was the gentleman who came by in between appointments to service our house. He did so really quick and did even more than what we had asked by setting up my dryer for me while also uncapping the gas. He was very friendly and professional and I'd recommend him to everyone! Really great people with really great service! 5/5 stars!!

Dennis and Chris are true professionals. They took great care to expertly repair a broken toilet and get everything working again. Thanks again to Bisbee plumbing for Dennis and Chris. Two true pros.

Dennis and Chris pay attention to detail, very professional. They listen to your concerns, investigate, find the issue and fix it! What a breath of fresh air in this day and age! Good job Bisbee Plumbing!

Bisbee Plumbing did a great job on our bathroom sliding glass shower door. Dennis and Jet worked with care and skill to make this lovely addition to our bathroom just what is needed to be pretty and functional and I highly recommend them. Also, their pricing was quite reasonable, too.

I cannot recommend Bisbee Plumbing enough. They helped us with an install with a new construction home and have been incredibly responsive. Their customer service is impeccable. They are always out when they say they're going to be out, and have been helpful throughout this entire process. Salvador, David, and Dennis, and their team of professionals have done a fantastic job.

This is the second time I’ve used Bisbee Plumbing. The first time was to install a new toilet. I picked them off of Google. The tech arrived on time, did a great job, hauled all away & left everything nice & clean. Plus he was friendly. This time I needed a new kitchen faucet installed & another toilet repaired. Exactly the same as before. I was very impressed with their quality of work. Plus they have this neat system that texts you the techs full name & estimated time of arrival the day of your appointment. It was right on. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend them.

Dennis installed a new water heater, softener, whole house water filter and reverse osmosis in our newly purchased 20 yr old home. Dennis is professional and courteous. His years of experience are evident in his high quality of work.
I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.

Great deal all around! My mom had a leak underground & called them for an estimate. They were able to come very quickly & Jett found the source & fixed it right away without a 2nd service call. He was very professional & polite. We would highly recommend Bisbee Plumbing & Jett & will not hesitate to call them again!
