I contacted Juan and he came out and gave me a free estimate and we agreed on a good price and he and 2 of his employees came out and had the yard done in no time!! They have been my landscapers since!!

I can't say enough good things about Tim and his company. From the initial consultation and throughout the project, he was prompt, honest, and meticulous with everything he did. I wanted to revamp my front yard, and I wanted a river bed with some drough tolerant plants installed. I had a picture of what I wanted the river bed to look like, and Tim exceeded my expectation and more. He and his crew artfully crafted this river bed where it is not just shallow rocks being laid on top, but the area was dug out rather deep to create natural curves all throughout. Tim clearly has an eye for outdoor aesthetics, and he also is very knowledgeable about what plants should or should not be planted depending on the time of the month. As an avid gardener, that solidified his reputation in my book. He even fixed and replaced all the irrigation lines to my already established plants without me even realizing. I mean, what a great guy. He is licensed, insured/bonded, and his work speaks for itself. Thank you Tim for making my vision comes to life!

After years of renting I knew that as soon as I became a homeowner I wanted a yard my children could enjoy with as little maintenance as possible. Juan came out and gave me an estimate that I couldn’t pass up. His team came out and got the job doing in less than a business day. Unlike several other companies that I contacted, Juan Sanchez actually showed up to give us an estimate as he promised. He helped steer us away from some of our initial ideas that would have proven more costly and less attractive for our new-build backyard, even though he could have gone forward and charged us more money. His estimate was far lower than we had anticipated and his suggestions were better than what we initially envisioned. Our initial deal was made with a verbal agreement and a handshake, to which Juan stayed true. He started work on the day promised and finished on the day promised. His crew was very professional, polite and respectful; no yelling, cursing, loud music, etc. (All the things we hear everyday around us with all the other new homes being built and subsequent projects getting done) The attention to detail given by Juan and crew was refreshingly impeccable and the quality of materials used was top notch. They installed a large area of artificial turf with trees and irrigation inside the perimeter and a paver border surrounding it. They also installed a couple of paver pads with river rock covering the rest of the yard. All work was outstanding and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Frank and Son and could not be happier with them. When Juan gives you his word and a handshake, it means something and that is increasingly less common in today's world.

I chose Frank and Sons based on reviews that I had read and could not have been happier. Juan was incredible and his crew finished in one day when they originally thought it would take two days. I am looking forward to phase two of my project. I would not use anyone else and recommend Frank and Sons to any and all!!

Frank & Sons had originally put in our irrigation system. One of our pipes got punctured and they came out to fix the problem quickly! Juan was very helpful with some tips on a DIY project we are doing. Great landscaping company. Would definitely recommend!

Juan Sanchez has the best crew I have already referred him out to my sister and my daughter. I definitely give them five stars Plus thank you so much for making my backyard look absolutely beautiful and putting up the side gate to keep my two dogs out of there so they can't dig around the air conditioner. We had Frank and Son Landscaping come out to remove old grass and install nearly 900 sq feet of turf. Juan and his crew came out and did great work! Our backyard looks completely different now. We will be working with Frank and Son Landscaping again soon for more work! Highly recommend choosing them for any of your yard needs!

I had a under driveway sprinkler poly drip line leak. Contacted Frank and Son, Juan was very responsive. Provided me a affordable quote for the job via text and was at my house within a couple hours. He brought two other guys with him, they were quick to dig up each side of the driveway and make the repair efficiently. I learned that the polyurethane line that traveled underneath the driveway was acutually through a conduit, so that made it much easier to repair and they didnt have to dig up my driveway as I thought would occur. Since they were affordable, fast and polite I schedule for the next day to have him put in a new sprinkler timer since mines is 14 years old and showing signs of failure.

Juan and his crew was amazing. They made suggestions on how to make our small backyard look and feel bigger by adding turf( which we never would have thought about adding) They were clean and did our whole backyard within 2 days. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to backyard done!

Shortly after moving into our house we had our yard cleaned up by Frank and Son. Frank arrived on time and was finished in a few hours. He was very friendly and I like that he asked me if I wanted to let the dog outside before he sprayed the weeds. All debris was completely cleaned up and the entire yard looked so much better. I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Frank and Son.
