Juan and his crew did a very good job on my yard. He definitely have an eye for detail. And his crew were very respectful and didn’t leave any mess. Would definitely recommend!

We were referred by my BIL to this company and are so so happy with the quality of work. Our backyard was done in about a week and it’s better than I imagined. We worked with Juan to help design the yard and he is so knowledgeable about every aspect of detail that went into this. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and on time. I recommend them implicitly!

Very very happy with Juan and his people. My fiance and I bought a house in Verrado, of which the last owners, essentially destroyed (see photo with mulch and used turf).

Price and quote process:
We got quotes from two landscapers. I offered to show Juan the quote from the other landscaper, to which he said no thanks, just wanted to show what he could do- his quote ended up about 55% cheaper than the competition. We loved his integrity and attitude.

Now to design:
We had no idea what we wanted (a pool, real grass, flowers? No idea) so we just told him roughly what we wanted to do (zero maintenance, play soccer, entertain, lay in the sun, keep our dog's bodily function somewhere out of sight/smell, and we need to be able to rent it out in a few years). He designed the backyard as seen, including the "dog run". The turf (zero maintenance) feels and looks pretty close to real grass, the fire pit is perfect for entertainment (cozy drinks w/ friends), the plants have a zero maintenance watering system and they only require to be groomed every 6ish months, the dog run is perfect (I should have taken up his offer to have a dog door put in).

Additionally, we had them install pavers around the side of the garage for our trash and recycle bin, which has made all the difference (don't have to leave them in the garage or drag them through the rocks.

Juan of Frank and Son Landscaping said he would have the pavers laid, the turf installed and the trees planted in the very short timeframe we requested because we were going out of town and had company coming when we returned. I, honestly, did not believe they could get it done in the timeframe we requested. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. Not only did he and his crew get it done, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for your hardscape and landscape needs!

My younger brother got his back yard done by Frank and Sons and they did great! So a year later here I am! Juan came by for a quote on a busy Saturday and I reached out to him 2 days after getting a few estimates. Frank and Sons cant be beat! Juan came in on Monday and checked out on Thursday! Dealt with our last minute adjustment's like a pro! Pictures speak a thousand words so I attached a before and after! Thanks again Juan! A+++ work!

*UPDATE* I had Juan come and install a sprinkler system and pavers in November 2019. I originally planted seed instead of laying sod, and after having a year and a half to go through bermuda and overseed rye I could tell there was an area of my lawn that wasn't getting enough water and that I needed an additional sprinkler added. I reached out to Juan multiple times and never got a response. great the first time I used him but so much for wanting additional business.

Juan was awesome. I needed pavers added, a sprinkler system, grass, a tree removed and a new timer. I had 6 other companies come and give me quotes. Juan and Frank and Son were by far the most competitive and could do all of the work. That, along with other Google reviews of their work led me to go with Frank and Son. The crew had to work through the weekend due to the rain that came but they didn't sacrifice quality. I am very pleased at Juan's customer service. They even added drip lines for me in my front yard. They laid seed down and will be checking back in a couple of weeks. Definitely recommend Frank and Son and will be using them for my routine landscaping once the grass comes in!

UPDATE DECEMBER 2021! If you need a beautifully perfect design then trust JUAN to create it for you at a very reasonable price. He’s a honest family man who can show up and create the plan you explain to him in a most beautiful way. We finally finished the sides and the back yard on a very large lot! Juan did the whole homes landscaping in 2 different phases. We couldn’t be happier. We had to wait for an opening so we waited. I trust no one else to create a beautiful design. If you hire anyone else you won’t get it exactly as you described. Juan can do it all. He’s a gentleman and an accomplished designer. Couldn’t be more happier with the finished home landscaping!!!💘We just moved to buckeye into a new Maracay expensive home. I didn't know who to use. I only hire the best people , the best workers and quality human beings. When I met Juan I knew there would be no one better than Juan to do the kind of project that stands out above all the rest. We talked about ideas and Juan speaks English as good as anyone who was born in this country. If you hire any other company bigger or smaller you hired the wrong company. He does beautiful paving stone work. He does beautifully designed landscapes exactly the way I wanted it. He is the most honest and reasonably priced human being that shows up when he says he will and if something isn't right the way you wAnted it he will fix it to your liking. He did my front. water system my front trees and rocks and my paving stone driveway. I won't use anyone else to do my back yard and side yard . You don't have to watch them. He is a gentleman and I consider him as family now after I met him. If you want a 100% beautiful job with no headaches Juan is your man. A very good man. They don't come any better. My home is $600,000 dollars. I like perfection and beautiful natural landscaping. I won't let anyone else work on my home but Juan as long as I am alive in buckeye. I've seen other landscapers work at twice the price that was plain ugly. Juan's own decision with my ideas was gorgeous. If you hire anyone else you hired the wrong person. His crew are all a bunch of hard workers and caring workers who do things the right way and if any errors it gets fixed without any arguments. JUAN IS THE BEST OF THE BEST IN THE BUCKEYE AREA. The house looks perfect. Can't wait to eventually have Juan do the back and sides in the future💘😇

I worked with Juan from Frank and Sons Landscaping. Juan was able to give me exactly what I was looking for in the design I showed him. He had this completed in a very short time and was super professional. I would recommend him highly for any upcoming projects you may have. He even built a covered dog run for me. We love our new back yard.

We have had a few other people come out and quote us on our backyard. There prices were way too much, and they were not to friendly. I had a neighbor use Frank and Son Landscaping and suggested them to us. Juan came out the first day I called him for an estimate. He was very friendly. Outstanding service and great work. They reliably showed up everyday till the job was complete. I am extremely happy with how it turned out. The workers were friendly and professional, a crew of three to clear out and do the work. I've attached photos of before and after.

Initial install was fine and price was good, but you get what you pay for I suppose. Installers were often drinking beer and leaving trash/beer cans behind while performing work in my backyard. Also, the company completely ignores you for any warranty work. I gave them multiple chances to communicate and fix their work, but I’ve had to replace the sod that died and the patio drain that lifted from the patio on my own dime as they wouldn’t respond. So don’t expect them to come back out to fix anything after install.

Frank and Son Landscaping did an excellent job on my backyard. Completely transformed it! Gave me exactly what I wanted, clean, modern, zero maintenance. Juan was dope to work with, communicated the process well, answered all our questions and gave genuine insight on the design flow. Would definitely recommend them.

Wasn’t to Happy with Alex.. I Had 1 tree to cut... 3 other companies before him said $6-9 hundred. Alex told me $1500. As I read how professional he was, I wonder Why I never Saw that.He had No mask,was Smoking Cigarettes and when I tried to tell him thank you I would keep in touch, He walked off An never said another word..Ended up buying a chainsaw and doing it myself... Thanks Alex.. Black Folks choose some 1 else... Seems like Alex was Great with everyone else.I didn’t get that experience..

We just purchased a house and it needed tons of bushes, plants and a huge tree removed, Alex landscaping was amazing got everything done and cleaned up super quick and for a great price. We still have our front yard to do and he has helped plan what will be done to make it look great. Definitely recommend them, you will not be disappointed.
