These guys are professional, fast, thorough, and downright great to deal with. Our air conditioning went out and they happened to be in the neighborhood and were able to evaluate it within a few minutes. Unfortunately, it did require a replacement, but Jake and the team at Modern Degree provided an amazing price for a whole new system. His honesty was welcomed, and his workmanship is excellent. Came home from the station today to a beautifully cool home with a whisper quiet new unit. The thermostat included is a smart one that is Wi-Fi and easily connected to the rest of our system. Had Modern Degree at our house for a A/C tune up. Heath and Josh did an amazing job. They work great as a team. Josh took the attic and Heath took the outside. They communicated well to each other to make sure everything was running as it should. They took pictures of all the readings and sent them to me though email for my records. I came home from work and my house was 84 Degrees, my wife found them on Verrado page with great reviews, So I called them up told them my problem , they dispatched a technician within the hour and fix our A/C with no problems or games . Very friendly technician (Cory) did a fantastic job . I would give them 10 ⭐️ s . Amazing customer service to handle this quickly in these hot temperatures. They’re not trying to rip people off . Modern Degree took really good care of my HVAC maintenance needs. I called them because the day before, I had one of the big companies come out to give my system a checkup. I was told that I needed to replace three major components for a total of $1,200 on a system that’s only 5 years old. I felt I was being railroaded so I called Modern Degree to come out and give me a second opinion.

To my surprise upon calling, Jake scheduled me on the same day for my system check. His brother Heath came out and performed a thorough inspection of the air handler in the attic and the unit in the ground outside. Heath found that my system was operating well within specs and assured me it was okay. The rapid response by Modern Degree, coupled with the thorough, honest inspection gave me confidence my system was in good shape and saved me &1,200 in unnecessary repairs.

I will be using Modern Degree for all of my HVAC needs for here on out!

The guys were great! Our heat went out this morning and the house was freezing..they showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem and got the part. We were fixed and up and running in no time.

Gabriel came out and did the first ever service on my AC after 8 years.

Diagnosed why one room was hotter and recommended a duct modification for what I felt was a reasonable price.

Duct modification was scheduled for the very next day. Cory showed up on time and was quick and thorough with the entire process. What was once a hot room, now is one of the coolest.

Both techs were awesome and personable. Would highly recommend Modern Degree. When my AC decides to self-destruct at least I have a trustworthy company on speed-dial to call!

I scheduled a tune up just to ensure our unit was working as it should be. We got scheduled for the next day. Gabriel was our tech and showed up on time and gave me a full rundown of everything that was going to be checked.
