Too notch service. It’s rare to shock me. Our ac has not been holding up well. I had scheduled today a service time for Monday as the ac was able to hold off until then. Around 6 o’clock things took a turn for the worst. I sent up a message just informing them that it had gotten worse without expectations and to my suprise an hour later on a Saturday night Dusty called me to tell me there was someone at my door with 2 portable AC units to help me get through the weekend. It wasn’t asked of me however for them to take this initiative i am completely freaking in awe and completely grateful for Dusty and everyone here!

After experiencing a complete shut down of our AC unit we messaged Modern Degree on a Sunday and they respond within 5 minutes and set up an appointment for the following day between 3-5 pm. They text me the next day at 2:00 pm and was there before 3:00. Within a few minutes upon arrival Gabriel diagnosed the problem and set out to do the repairs while carrying the exact part. With the temps outside at over 112 degrees the temps up in the attic was much hotter. But Gabriel, with part in hand, proceeded to replace a unit motor that took time and much effort to replace. Upon completion of the new part the A/C started working immediately. This is the third time we have used their service and each time they rendered quick and excellent results. Gabriel, and Modern Degree was a complete pleasure to work with.

A great experience today either the MOD Squad. Called them and Josh scheduled and was on the way in short order. So great having experienced techs who know their craft. Dealing with a 10+ AC unit and they are doing a great job.

Jake was very responsive, was able to troubleshoot my issue and provide several recommendations. Will absolutely use for any issues as well as preventive maintenance.

Gabriel and Cory from Modern were called back to correct work from another vendor as well as updating several parts. A/C with three separate zones are working the way they are supposed to. Can’t recommend their transparency and workmanship enough.

This company is the absolute best and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They are so friendly, got out to my house quickly to get air-conditioning back for my family when it’s 110° out, their pricing was excellent, and they offer finance options. They did the job quickly and cleaned up. absolutely everything, you wouldn’t have even known they were here. Hands-down, without a doubt, you should use them for all of your HVAC needs!

Josh came to look at our ducting work because we suspected leaks. He arrived punctually at the appointment time told me what he was going to do and did it. He took pictures of what he found and repaired it on the spot. Josh was very nice and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend Modern Degree and they are a vet owned company which is awesome

The service was excellent. They arrived on time and I’m extremely pleased with their performance and the quality they provided. they installed our new air-conditioning units and they did it quickly. Cleanly and our system is running excellent thank you for all your hard work by the whole crew.

OUTSTANDING service!!! These guys have customer service nailed. Great communication, friendly and informative not to mention reasonably priced. Installed a brand new HVAC system and new hot water heater in our old cabin and the exposed duct works looks so nice and adds a ton of cabin charm! Highly recommend!!!
