You may see the review reposted on a few different locations, but that's because I wanted to give praise where it's due and can be see. Sergio (owner) went above and beyond for us, when faced with unforeseen circumstances, regarding our new AC install. His quote was very reasonable and held to it through out the installation process, despite the manufacturer delivering the wrong product and requiring an additional days labor. He even went the extra mile by rerouting our ductwork for better air circulation in the far rooms without being asked. We are definitely looking for to using his services again. I would highly recommend him and his son's to anyone who needs HVAC work.

AldacoAir came to my home today, almost immediately as I had placed my service request through 2-10 Homebuyers only 45 minutes earlier! Wow! Talk about prompt! Mr Sebastian Aldaco is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and above all honest as to the issues I’m having with my A/C. He diagnosed the issues and parts will be ordered and installed within the end of business week. I am looking forward to no longer hearing the screeching grind of my H VAC and having cold air circulating in my home!

Great work from Sergio and Sebastian at Aldaco Air. They are very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable as well. Doing things the right way, rather than taking shortcuts is their top priority. I have dealt with tons of HVAC companies over the years, and these guys are some of the best out there.

We were assigned this company by our home warranty company and I am very glad they did! Sergio contacted us quickly and we set up an appointment. He arrived on time, and was very thorough. He repaired the fan, checked our other 2 systems and gave us his assessment of our units. If anything else arises, we are going to make sure that we request him through our home warranty. You will be very happy with Aldaco Air. Great service.

Sergio and son worked on my ac unit. They are on time, very professional. Just an overall amazing company. Best of all. This company have the best deal installing new unit in the valley, and fixing other things thats wrong in my AC, trust me I looked and shopped around. Sergio saved me thousands of dollars. Great quality of work and reasonable price. I Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Just call this company you will not regret it.
Also he gave me a great deal maintenance for both of my units. Better price than others.

This is now the SECOND TIME Aldaco has left us stranded without AC from a unit they installed. Last year around this time the AC stopped working. My Wife has a heart condition so the heat can be dangerous for her. Called Aldaco who said he wouldn't be able to get to us for at least a week and told us to call another technician. We did and they solved the issue. Now today we are having further issues with our AC. Called Aldaco and could never get in touch with them. Here is the frustrating part, they kept HANGING UP on me. The phone (which I know to be a cell phone) would ring a couple times then hang up, no option to leave a voicemail. After a few calls I could hear that he picked up because I could hear the truck noise. He didn't say anything and then hung up. I began calling back again and he eventually blocked my number. It would automatically hang up without ringing. I know it wasn't just turned off either because I called from my Wife's phone and it rang through. I sent text messages from both phones urging some sort of response. I would understand if he simply told me he was in the middle of a job and would get back to me or something. But to go as far as blocking my number......RIDICULOUS! We will be finding a new unit as soon as possible and ending our business with Aldaco.

I want to thank Sergio the owner for coming out and helping us with our AC issues. Sergio was on time, professional, and has many years off knowledge in the HVAC industry. And was patient and kind when answering our questions and concerns. But i feel most importantly he was honest. Thank you Aldaco Air LLC !! My husband and I highly recommend them!!!

We bought an older house in February. During the inspection process, it was obvious that we would need a new a/c unit. I contacted Sergio and he came out a couple of days later to inspect the current unit. He suggested a new a/c unit and also redoing the duct work in the house. We agreed and are very happy that we spent the extra money to have the duct work done properly for the new unit. It works so much better than the previous set up and the air flow is spectacular. I highly recommend Sergio and his guys.

Sergio was informative, honest and runs the show with integrity. He knows his stuff and he checked in (on-site) with the project. His install was professional, and we feel we were really taken care of. The two AC units installed are up and running without issue. Most definitely would call for their help again. We are not easy to please customers, but we’re thrilled to be treated well.

Sergio took the time to throughly maintenance my air conditioner. All questions were answered with ease as a first time homeowner i feel confident in keeping up with my system and when the time comes i know who to call!
