Juan showed up when they said he’d be here. He was very professional and diligent. He even took the time to check out another problem I was having with my plumbing and made a recommendation, which I really appreciated.

They are quick to respond, within 2 hours of reaching out! They were on time and professional. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with our 20 year old AC unit and solve the problem. They are trustworthy and stand behind their work.

AZ Air is the best! And Aurelio is even better! I called at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday and Aurelio had my rooftop unit back in service by 7:30.

I have used Az AirCond for years. Juan is very professional and courteous and extremely concerned with doing a high quality job. For any plumbing or electrical concerns , I have always relied on Juan / AZ AirCond. We had to call him for an “Emergancy “ on a Sunday, he was there!

My A/C quit blowing cold air yesterday7/24/19 in July weather. Yikes! I called one place and left a message, but did not get a return call until to day because of illness. After reading reviews for AZaircond, I called the number, spoke with Juan and he was at my door within one hour. He found the three problems and had them rectified in a relatively short amount of time and, I think, at a reasonable cost. I was very happy to be cool. He also explained in detail what the problems were and how he fixed them and what could happen in the future. He also noticed that my hot water tank in the garage was leaking...a bad sign. I had not noticed the leaking and it must have happened very recently because I am very observant, but just haven't spent much time in my garage in 110 degree weather. I have heard of them blowing up from others and causing a lot of damage and I did not want that to happen. He was able to replace it today and now I can not only enjoy the cool but rest easily knowing that my hot water tank won't explode. I highly recommend calling AZ Aircond if you have any A/C or plumbing problems, because I think Juan is very knowledgeable, honest and has his customer's best interest at heart, as we all know is not always the case with repair companies. It was an awesome experience. it was so hard to find someone to help me with the air conditioner repair in the Gila bend area till I came across this guys. The lady on the phone was so nice and accommodating and when the repair guys showed up they introduced them selfs and got my unit back in track. 100. % satisfied with the service and the price. A contractor who worked on my condo recommended AZ Aircond. Juan came out the next day and performed an assessment. My unit needed to be replaced, as it was old. Juan clearly explained his analysis and recommendation. He was honest, professional, and reasonable. The new unit was installed the next day. Four days after the install, he returned to check the system to ensure that it was working as it should, and it was. I highly recommend AZ Aircond.

I highly recommend this company. They maintained my old ac system for years and when the time came they installed a new one for a great price compared to others. That was about 1 year ago. They have a service plan to maintain the new system running smoothly and you also get 10% off for other services. Today they installed a new water heater and again were very professional and it was great price again with the discount.
If you need help with your AC or plumbing this is the way to go.

Excellent service!!! This place is referred by one of our member. Juan always responds to our needs right away. Our whole unit was old and needed to be replaced. He clearly explained the issues with AC unit and what needed to be done. He is very reliable, professional and honest. The unit was replaced immediately, when we were ready. I have used this Company when my upstairs units capacitor went out and Juan quickly installed a new one. We called and left a voicemail Saturday around 5pm regarding our AC blowing warm and weak. Received a call back within the hour letting us know they can be here by 7am the next day. Some sort of leak was going on in the attic. Looked up local services in the Buckeye area and came across these guys. They had great reviews. Decided to give them a call. They scheduled me for same day service which was great. Juan arrived on time. He was very professional and a kind person to work with. Really appreciated the honest recommendations and options available. Over all, I am very pleased with the service provided. I will be contacting them again for future services. Would highly recommend giving them a call.

We have dealt with Juan a few times since our remodel. He is a real gentleman always on time and very trustworthy and honest!! We consider him a true friend of our as well. He will be replacing one of our old A/C units soon. We high highly recommend Juan an Az AC co.

They did an amazing job. Our A/C went out Saturday night and they were able to send someone early the following morning. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name ,but he did amazing work and was keeping informed the entire time.
