The entire process from initial contact to on-site job work was amazing. This is our first time needing any type of appliance repair and dynamic didthe job. We have high-end appliances from KitchenAid and LG.

The repair tech did a great job. He was professional, explained the problem(s) and what it would take to repair our refrigerator. He suggested we think about purchasing a new one since ours was over 20 years old.

Greg (onsite technician) was fantastic. I have used him on 4 repairs now and these guys are pros. Highly recommend.

They came same day I called with refrigerator issue. Were very helpful working around my disabilities. Came back the next day to install the part they ordered, came even though thunderstorm. The technician brought a towel from his truck to clean his shoes before coming in the house.

The fridge compartment of our refrigerator seems to have an icing situation about every five years. This time the evaporator fan was out and Andrew replaced it, and then discovered the coil was totally iced up. He used his steamer to get us back into operation and modified the condensate drain so it won’t clog up anymore. Extremely happy with his service and would use him again on any of our appliances that need help.

Greg was who came to our home to do the diagnosis and repair. He was timely, efficient and very professional. He did an excellent job and I would call him again if another appliance required repair. Highly recommend.

We called Dynamic Appliance Repair and they were able to come to our home very quickly. Our technician was proactive in terms of identifying the Electrolux dryer number and stopping by the warehouse to secure potential parts to bring with him based on our description of the issue. Service was prompt, efficient, and professional.

Unfortunately I didnt get pass the rude and unprofessional customer service rep. It's too bad her unprofessional way of handling a mistake she made cost the customer to write a bad review. Do better Dynamic, losing a customer at first point of contact isn't business worthy.

Greg did a good clean job and every step of the way everything was 100% professional. This is a great service company. Price might be a little on the high side but its worth it for quality dependable service.

I hired Dynamic Appliance Repair to assess problems I was having with my clothes dryer. They were very responsive and timely in scheduling the service.
