Excellent first repair with Dynamic Appliance! Julio was so personable and helpful scheduling for our first visit. All companies should have customer service employees like Julio. Greg did our service and repair. Again so pleasant, personable and experienced. Greg explained everything that he needed to do to get oven repaired. Scott and Jay were kind enough to come on NYE to repair dishwasher. Can’t speak highly enough of their service and honesty!! Quickly diagnosed the issue and were 100% transparent about the issue and the solution. I highly recommend Dynamic, I have now used them twice and their honesty without upselling additional parts has made me a customer for life. Dynamic Appliance Repair has always been our go to repair company because they are professional, trustworthy, fair, and knowledgeable. We have used them in our personal home as well as our rentals. Malachi was out the last time we called and he did a great job fixing our gas stove top. I went to clean up when he was done and there was nothing for me to do! He was knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up his work space before he left. We really appreciate having a company we can call and not have to worry about the process at all.
