Bit off more than they could chew, wasted tons of my time, made a huge mess and then walked away without finishing the job. Then on top of that they tried to keep $1500 of my deposit, when they didn't do any of the job. Thank goodness I could dispute the charge on my credit card or I would have never seen that money back. Just all around bad business, and terrible costumer service.

These guys came out to check on a water softener system- they quickly recognized the issue, taught us how to prevent issues in the future, and were super friendly/professional about it all. Would definitely recommend to people in Casa Grande.

I went with this company because my mother used them and I couldn't be more pleased! Quality work, reasonable prices, and professional staff. Just replaced a water heater and I've got a couple more projects coming up with their name on it! Highly recommend!

We recently used this company to install a new kitchen sink. Here is a list of issues we found once PT plumming "finished" our sink instal.

Plumber complaint Points:

1. Water-soluble caulking around the sink not properly finished. (Finished by customer/me)
2. Garbage disposal not properly installed and was leaking: Clamp turned until locked into place.
3. Sink drain hardware not properly installed and seated. (Garbage disposal removed and drain hardware properly seated by the customer).
4. Faucet hose weight not properly adjusted so that hose would extend and retract properly. (hose weight and water fittings moved and adjusted by Customer).
5. Not one of the included tap-in sink clamps/clips, included with the sink for securing sink to the countertop when drop-in installed so that the sink does not move or shift around, has been installed! Basicly they left our sink free floating on the counter, held in place only with caulking.
6. The paperwork for the garbage disposal, installation manual and sink was not left behind.
7. The sink clamps/clips were not left behind (our property).

In short, this was in no way a professional job, and the plumbers didnt seem to know what they are doing. When my husband called to ask about the sink being free floating, he was told that was because it needed a specialty mounting bar. That seemed off, so we called the manufacturer and they told us the bar was only for undermount sinks, ours was a drop in. The drop in sinks dont use a bar, but fitted clips that came with the sink.
I called them back the next morning to explain this to our plumber before he threw away the packaging with the clips in it, and he was supremely uninterested. He was literally sighing and yawning all through the phone call, insisting that everything was installed properly and that he would be back in a few days to address our issues. I truly feel like the technician was not taking my complaint at all seriously, but hopefully I'm wrong. I will update this review once he has been back out to reinstall our sink.

PT plumbing came out in a reasonable amount of time and repaired a water line in my attic. The price was very fair. I'm happy I called them.

So, very simple they came to give us a quote at our place. First they started with $520 then to $1800 then $2500. This started with just installing our water heater. Then he moved on about redoing whole water pulmbing. Guy was very knowledgeable no doubts there. Now, the other guy well lets just say that he was over heard laughing saying that "basically you told her nothing works." After that comment well.....Thank you, no thank you.

PT Plumbing has replaced my water heater, hose bibs and other piping. They always completed the work in a timely manner. Workers were polite and willing to explain what they were doing and why. The prices were fair and always as quoted.

We had our mobile home repiped. Branden was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The job they did was great, they took care of everything, even put in a new toilet as part of the deal. They took all the trash to the dumpster. We were very impressed with the whole process.

As hot water heaters are known to do, mine broke and flooded the garage. I called P.T. Plumbing as they were recommended to me by a retired plumber friend. Christopher answered the phone and was very responsive, very professional, and had the hot water heater installed in less than 48 hours. They sent Mondo over the first day to check things out, then the next he showed up and installed the new heater. I was so relieved as I have an Air bandb that had guest's coming the next day. They really saved the day! Mondo was awesome and very professional. BTW, I had also called another well known plumbing company in town. They promised they would have my H.W. Heater in the next day, they just needed to ask the boss some things (?) I never heard from them again. I need 3 toilet's replaced. Im calling PT. Plumbing today and get it scheduled asap.

Called them on a Friday morning for a water leak near the meter (our side of course!). Suzan checked to see if they could work me in that day and arranged to have someone come out that afternoon. He was able to come early and take care of the leak, explaining what happened and and how it was going to be repaired. Everyone was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call them again.

FLAGSTAFF: We had both a clogged mainline and toilet which I called in just before 5pm on a FRIDAY night. George quickly got David on the job and he arrived around 5:45 essentially clearing out our entire lower system. Took some time and effort, but David eventually got things going for us again - and at a very fair price. We will use PT again and highly recommend!

My mother had PT Plumbing install a hot water heater two years ago. Recently the water heater seemed to getting very hot in the water temperature. We turned it down to the lowest setting. Gave it a few days using the hot water and it felt like no change it temperature. The water still looked like new so gave them a call and talked to the office manager. Told him the problem at the same time he was looking up my mom's file. After locating it he said it was still under warranty. He scheduled the following day for a service representative to stop by and look at it. The following day a Mondo should up and did some trouble shooting. It turned out to be the hole thermostat supplying the Natural gas. He left when he was done and mentioned he would order another hot water heater at no charge. That made my mom really happy. Within five days PT Plumbing installed a brand New hot water heater. Mom only had to pay for the laber of R&R. Took one hour and mother was happy to hear that figure. PT Plumbing treated my mother right and get they went out of their way to make it good with her. If you need a a plumber you might want to give PT Plumbing a try. We loved their prompted service. I highly recommend them for all your water needs.

PT Plumbing replaced our garbage disposal today. They were prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We’ll continue to call them whenever we have any plumbing issues.

We installed gas piping for our propane pool heater. I didn't see pipe fitting as an option, so I went with repair option. I called PT Plumbing after two other plumbing companies failed to show or call about a job that was scheduled. It wasn't a big job, but it was a job that needed to be done by someone with experience and which I have none. Really wished I would have known about PT Plumbing before I booked with the other companies. Susan answered my call and I told her what was needed. She booked me an appointment for the following day. Sean called me the next day about a 1/2 hour before the scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way over to look at the job. Sean and Anthony came out and walked the job down and we discussed the plan for the install. Sean stated they'd be back the following Wednesday to do the work. Again, Sean called before arriving at our home to do the work. He arrived on time, actually a little early. He made suggestions on how he'd go about doing the job. I listened to his recommendations and went with it. He and Anthony completed the job and did so beyond my expectations. They do nice work. I have other plumbing projects that I am not qualified to perform, I know who I'll be calling when it's time to do that work. Thank You Susan, Sean and Anthony for providing the excellent service. I appreciate you. Reader, if you need work done and want it done right, call these people. I know you'll be happy you did.

I honestly don't know how these guys are still in business. They hardly ever answer their phone and the guy came late when coming to ascertain the issue we were having with our shower. He looked at it for 5 mins, and then said he would let me know when he can get it fixed, came back 10 mins later and told me they can fix it next week. We set a time for 10am. The day comes around and its 10:30am. No calls or anything. So I call the place and the lady tells me that nothing was scheduled, and that no paperwork was even done!! She said she would send someone over in half an hour though. So I held my tongue and said ok. The same guy comes 30 mins later(admitting he knew he had an appt for 10, but never called to let me know if he was gonna be late or if they cant do anything) and looks at the shower for 1 minute, and says they are waiting for the part to come at 12 today. So yes, he rushed over just to say they cant do anything, not do any actual work. A call would've been faster. Long story short, the part never came in, I called both him and the main number and no response or callback after I left a voicemail. They literally don't care. And so I just went for a different plumber. Dont use these guys. Let them go out of business. They obviously give up on customer service.

PT Plumbing did a wonderful job completing a multi-day plumbing repair. They were respectful, courteous, helpful explaining what was causing the problem, and kept me up to speed on their progress. I would recommend themto my friends. Appreciated the free estimate.

I have been using P.T Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for the last 16 years. I don't consider calling any other plumbers. I just needed a repair on a PEX valve in my laundry room. I called them in the afternoon and they scheduled my repair for the next morning. The technician arrived within the stated time window. He was courteous and professional. He did a good job and the price was fair.
I have hired them to install water softeners in 2 of my houses, had them locate and repair leaking pipes in my attic and repair a problem in my shower among other repairs.
Here's what I can tell you about this company: This is a small business. They are honest. Their estimates are reliable, and their prices are reasonable and fair. I have never had to wait for days to get service. They always schedule my job promptly. They always show up on time, and they do the repairs correctly the first time. I have never had to call them back after a repair. Companies like this are rare. You absolutely cannot go wrong by hiring them.

I had a leaking outdoor pipe and called 3 plumbers. PT Plumbing is the only one that actually picked up and was able to get me on the schedule. The other 2 never even called me back. George was able to help us with an easy fix at a very reasonable price.

I would suggest you all call PT Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Mr. Bean fixed my plumbing in 45 minutes, unlike the other company, Thomas Home Services, which took 2 months with no result. But I'm not mad. Thank you, Mr. Bean. I appreciate you sincerely.

Had an exterior hose bib crack off at the main line T and had to shut off water to the house until it could be repaired. Phillip was here in under an hour and had us flowing in under 15 minutes. Amazing response and a good price for a Saturday short-notice repair.
