Thank you Brutinel. I called Thursday afternoon, after suffering for over a month with drain issues. I'm a do-it -your-selfer, but couldn't resolve my problem. They scheduled me for the next day, which was perfect for me. They showed up right on time, Mando and Danny were timely, professional and curtious. They were in and out fast, quickley resolving my drain issues. Price was reasonable, basic service charge. They cleaned up after themselves, and they gave me further advise. Having not being here that long, they even gave me recommendations for other projects I have (not plumbing or electrical). I will definitely reccomend them, great guys! Again...thank you Mando and Danny!!

Seems to me they have taken to over charging customers as of late.I was quoted 170. For a safety check on our home, they charged me 250.00 ! Minus 20 for veterans discount, I asked why? The older tech said "Two" guys They sent two guys to tighten 2 screws and look at one plug. They were there less than 30 minutes per my security cameras. I spoke with the owner who said he would look at the invoice as he had no IDEA why it took two people. That was January 24 2024, I called back the next say and he said he still had not seen the invoice! And He would get back to me. Fast forward to today February 3 2024 He deposited my check for $ 230.00.........$130 1 hr min I understand, 40 trip charge for 10 miles we live in Toltec Really?ok should be 170.00 minus 20.00 veterans discount is $150.00 total charges 250 - 20 = $230. 00 total. This is really dishonest bad business. We Live here and are full time residents and have been for almost eleven years, my husband is a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran. We do not deserve to be treated like this! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE COMPANY CONTACTED AND WILL BE RETURNING OUR MONEY, THANK YOU FOR CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS

Very responsive, prompt and professional plumbing services provided. Michael was friendly and extremely courteous. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and value of the work he did to repair leaky water lines under my kitchen sink. The job was done quickly and it looks much better than the original work that was done by Cavco, the builder of my manufactured house.

I highly recommend Brutinel Plumbing and Electrical and will use them again if/when the need arises.

I called the office because the faucet in my tub was broken and when I turned it on, it sprayed water all over the place. Brutinel said he could send someone out and look at it. When the plumber came to look at it the handle to turn on the water, it broke off completely. He went to the truck and found everything he would need and he was able to fix it. So in total everything was great. And around and in under a half an hour it was ready to go. Sorry for my book length text but I was trying to explain why I gave them a 10 star review.

Called on a busy Thursday morning between the holidays because of a backed up sewer line. Stephen picked up the phone on the first ring and was able to dispatch technicians on the same day. If you need a clogged sewer line taking care of, I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Brutinel 🤜🏽

Still had water leak after their service. Office sent estimater to estimate repair cost and he did not give estimate when he came. He said he would get back that afternoon and did not. We had to call another plumber. Very poor service and not professional

This has been the second time we’ve used Just Plumbing for our homes. They have top notch customer service and are very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for being so prompt.

Had a water softener installed with a predicted, and all went well, but wasn't offer any user manuals for either, and had to call 4 different times to get the brand's installed, and part numbers to order replacement filters, and the tool to open the filter housing that wasn't supplied. I guess they never want the home owner to replace their own filters. I went to replace my predicted today using the wrench I ordered from the manufacturer, and it was put on so tight it took 2 of us men to get it to loosen. The average homeowner would have had to order a service call to get their water filter changed. Was this on purpose,,,,

I had a great experience with Just Plumbing. They replaced my hot water heater. They responded quickly, were professional and answered all my questions. They were fast, tidy and friendly. Would definitely call them again.

What a great company. The quotes for a hot water tank replacement and RO system were very competitive, far more reasonable than other local companies. The techs were courteous, prompt, left the work area spotless.
Very high quality work. Definitely recommend this company.

GREAT SERVICE IN MARICOPA CITY
As a resident of Maricopa City Just Plumbing first visited our house to trouble shoot a problem with our hot water heater. They gave us cost options to get our hot water heat back up and running. We decided that a new hot water heater was the best option. Just Plumbing promptly installed the unit the same day. Their employees are courteous, and helpful. We will defiantly use them in the future.

Better than anything I could've expected. We just moved into our home in the Phoenix area and needed a series of plumbing services. I think by now we've had a chance to meet most of the staff at Just Plumbing and they are by far the best professionals we worked with in the entire process of moving into our new home. The work they did was outstanding and they patiently put up with me watching and asking questions at each turn. They took the time to teach me how to solve problems and even offered me valuable advice that had no sales gimmick attached to it. Since my initial encounter with the staff at Just Plumbing I've used their expertise to hunt down other high quality reliable service professionals in the area. It's win-win with this company and the only way to lose is if you go with someone else.

Had a leak in my water heater that caused it to short out. I called Daniel at Just Plumbing. He came out thirty minutes from where he was to take a look and gave me an estimate for replacement and work. Even though he had other tasks on his list he said he would come back that same day with a new tank and install. He did that and now we have hot water again..all done on the same day.. Would highly recomend if you have any problems like this..they are truly the best in the area.

These guys are awesome!! We've had an annoying leak under our sink for several months. After having a handyman come out twice who charged me $200.00 without fixing the problem we decided to call a professional. "Just Plumbing" not only were able to come out quickly but determined the cause immediately and all is repaired flawlessly. I am so pleased with the professionalism, quality of work and fair prices. I wish they did all areas of plumbing as both Brandon and Levi were fantastic!! Thank you guys so very much!!!

About 2 years ago, we were having problems with our kitchen faucet coming loose from the sink. We called Just Plumbing to fix it and they did such a great job.So we thought about Just Plumbing to come and fix our water softener, a water boss 900. (only 3 years old). After an evaluation we decided to replace the old unit with Just Plumbing's recommendation. I'll write another review when this job is complete. Jerry K.

I used just plumbing to have a new water heater installed. First let me say that they were so much less expensive than the other quotes I got...like hundreds of dollars. Once I was ready to schedule the install they were able to come out that same day which I thought was great considering it wasn’t an emergency situation by any means. The tech was polite and courteous. Would definitely use these guys again for future plumbing needs.
