Had an issue with my hot water heater this morning while taking a shower, called Just Plumbing and explained what was happening, turns out the tank was bad. They were able to come out and replace my old heater with a new one and all before 6:00Pm. There services are above par and the technician they sent out was extremely good at what he does and very professional. I give them a 5 star review and will definitely use them for any of my plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed.

After looking around at other companies that offered water softeners and RO system, Just Plumbing was the cheapest and it wasn’t even close . Daniel did a great job of installing the equipment and explaining how everything works. He recommended the type of pellets to get. He was personable and knowledgeable. It’s been a month since we had our water softener and RO system and it is still the best thing we bought for our recent home. When I had a question about a sound that was coming from the RO system, they immediately responded and gave the reasoning as to why it is making that sound.

The lifetime warranty is a nice touch if you do your yearly maintenance with them. The other companies I looked at did not offer that type of deal. Thank you Daniel and Just Plumbing.

She was Extremely nice, she listened, she analyzed my input and issues, she diagnosed correctly, she made the repair, and then verified it was in fact fixed. Absolutely Amazing! Thank you to the whole Team for their ability to handle a complex issue so quickly. I couldn't afford another $140. water bill. Coming from an automotive Service Director and Technician of 40 years, I HIGHLY recommended Just Plumbing. 💯👍

We had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed recently, and overall it was a great experience. The installer showed up on time, got everything set up without any issues, and made sure the systems were working before wrapping up.

It was incredibly hot that day, but they pushed through without complaint and finished the job in one go. That kind of effort didn’t go unnoticed, and we really appreciated their professionalism and work ethic.

They also explained the basics of how everything works and answered our questions clearly. The whole process was straightforward, and it felt like they knew what they were doing. There wasn’t any unnecessary sales talk or pressure, which we liked.

Since the install, our water feels noticeably better. Showers leave our skin feeling less dry, dishes come out cleaner, and the RO water tastes great. It’s nice to have filtered drinking water straight from the tap instead of constantly buying bottles.

All in all, we’re really happy with how it turned out. If you’re considering getting a setup like this, we’d definitely recommend it. It’s made a real difference in our everyday routine.

We reached out to Just Plumbing for a quote on a new water softener and RO system. We first dealt with Brittany who was very responsive, answering all of our questions and giving us a competitive quote. I had some follow-up questions and Isabelle and Brandon answered all of my questions. When Brandon and Isabelle arrived for the install, they air tested the RO lines and found a leak behind the refrigerator - so glad they took this first step before hooking up the system and leaving. After the builder fixed the faulty connection, Isabelle came back out and hooked up the RO system. Everything is working great and there was no mess to clean up after they left! This is a honest company interested in educating people on RO and water softener options and Just Plumbing has the best prices. I now understanding why they have such great reviews!

From beginning to end, we had a great experience. Our new water softener and RO system was installed today and Daniel dis an amazing job. He went above and beyond in repairing that main waterline which looked like a lot of work. He completed the entire install by around noon which was incredible.

The install looks clean and professional. I appreciate the great attitudes that everyone at Just Plumbing has and will definitely be using their services in the future for some more home upgrades and needs.

Just Plumbing did a REMARKABLE job installing a new water softener for me. It was completely painless to get a quote and to get on the calendar (they fit me in the next day even though I am located in Maricopa). The tech, Daniel, was super professional, super clean, everything he did is fantastic. He clearly knows his stuff, any and all questions I had were answered and I couldn’t believe how prompt he was at getting this done. It was barely more than an hour and a half from when he pulled up to when he was done. But he didn’t rush and do a bad job, he very clearly knows exactly what he’s doing and is just so darn efficient. Just Plumbing was super transparent from start to finish, super organized, and beyond easy to work with. I am thrilled about the lifetime warranty and absolutely recommend this company above all others for water softener install. I got quotes from all of my local companies and while there were cheaper options, there were not any others that were as educated/knowledgeable, and certainly no others with as high quality of systems or with a warranty beyond 2 years. Just Plumbing was so accommodating and seriously the easiest to work with. I have to reiterate that. My softener is up and running, everything is working perfectly, the water quality difference is absolutely staggering. If you’re looking for a softener, I promise you won’t regret using these guys.

Brandon and Mason were efficient and professional. Despite an awkward layout of my current plumbing, they were able to seamlessly integrate a full home water softener. We also had them install an under sink RO system as well as a hot water recirculating pump. Couldn’t be happier with the fair pricing, communication, and results.

Just Plumbing is nothing short of Just a awesome. JP installed my water softener and reverse osmosis when my house was completed and in 2023. I used them again a year later to change the filters and service my water system and they were awesome once again. This time the pressure relief valve on my water heater started to malfunction. The manufacture sent me a replacement valve and I thought of doing the repair myself but quickly learned that it was beyond my pay grade. So I called JP yesterday and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. To my surprise they contacted me shortly after I called them and they stated that one of their tech's had finished a job early and they could send him my way. It was 5:00pm and the leak was manageable so I told them they could come the next day. I wanted tech to get home to his family but I was pleased to know that they would have responded if I wanted them to. Daniel arrived right on time this morning and fixed the problem and even cleaned up the mess left behind and it was the mess from the leak, not from his doing, I was very appreciative of him for doing so. He treated my house like it was his own. I like that. I highly recommed Just Plumbing for ALL of your plumbing needs. They will be there for you.
