I had a leakage of water into my kitchen every time we watched a load of clothes. I contacted Roto-Rooter and they sent out Anthony immediately to repair the leak. He parked the truck in the street, which I appreciate because I have a new driveway. He was very polite, courteous and professional, he did the job quickly and put everything back in order before he left. I am very happy with the work he did, the cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to everyone.

Completely disappointing.
Company was not willing to provide any initial estimate over the phone. The technician showed up and acted very rude. His estimate was completely off the chart and refused to explain it. We got the job done with 1/3 of what he was asking. Do not recommend this vendor to anyone.

We had a major clog and sewage backup, rooter had someone here in about an hour. Gabriel was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Do you pay a premium for Rooter? Yes, but it’s money we’ll spent for the speed and quality of service. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend Gabriel. Thanks Gabe!

A couple of years ago I had a fantastic experience with a sewer line cleanout. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He was great so when I needed the same service a couple of years later I went back.

The second time was not so great - I had issues with the technicians' professionalism. I filed a complaint on it and thought the matter settled. I wasn't intending to use the service again if I could help it.

Just under three months later however, I got a really bad plug in my line which rendered both toilets and both showers unusable. Kind of an emergency situation! I didn't have time to shop around so I asked if Roto-Rooter would honor their worry free guarantee.

They did! Not only that but the techs who came out that time were just as friendly and personable as the first one had been. They explained everything and did their best to get me back up and running. When they left I had a much better feeling about the company and most importantly, my plumbing was working again. I also appreciated the call after their visit to make sure everything had been resolved to my satisfaction.

Sometimes problems happen with any company. How a company responds to those problems is just as important as preventing them in the first place. Roto-Rooter responded appropriately and offered the kind of customer service I hadn't dared to hope for. I really appreciate the help of the technicians and the office staff and that's why I'm taking the time to write this review.

Extremely efficient worker, and super grateful that he was able to come fix the leak on a weekend around 8pm.

My kitchen sink stopped draining Thanksgiving evening, so I submitted an online service ticket to RotoRooter the next morning. They called me within ten minutes and had Carlos to my house less than an hour later.

Carlos was wonderful! He spent two hours unclogging our drain, cleaned everything up, and gave us instructions on how to maintain our pipes more effectively.

We had a backup in our kitchen sink and one of our bathroom toilets. Roto-Rooter had a plumber to our house in 30 minutes. James was professional, friendly, and hard-working. The price was extremely reasonable and after the work was done, we were confident with the warranties for the service. One week later and everything is still working great! Highly recommend and will use them again.

I cannot stress how much it sucks to wake up and ski across water only to find a massive plumbing issue in your home. Buttttt I'm so impressed with the customer service, professionalism, education, and service provided for me today by the RR team especially Monique and Carlos. The empathy and care shown was beyond anything I could have asked for from a service company. Carlos is indeed a plumbing GOD and he was so patient with all the silly questions I had while addressing the issue. Thank you again from the bottom of my very big heart to them both for dealing with this kindly and in a timely manner. Price point was not bad at all either!!

Eddie and Will found outdoor leaks, dug trenches, ran code rated piping from water source to underhouse leaks as well. They installed new hot water heater. All this work done in 105-113° heat!! They remained pleasant and answered all my questions with respect. I would call on them anytime.

I just have to say, Will is amazing. We had an issue we urgently needed help with and Roto-Rooter came out, on a Saturday at 6PM, just hours after we called them. Will showed up and he was just so pleasant and kind and informative. He even showed us the problem so we understood what was going on. I just can not say enough good things about him. We will continue to do business with this company because of him.

The technician Will, was very professional. We were so impressed with his service that we asked him to go to our daughter’s new home to install her water softener as well. He was fast knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommended them and I will always request Will to be our tech.
