Eddie and Jake arrived promptly and were able to resolve the toilet not draining. They removed the problem then removed the old toilet and installed the new one. Work was done with a minimum of disruption and when they finished the bathroom was neat and clean. New toilet working just fine.

Kitchen sink clogged. House guests for week. What do I do??!!. Called Roto-Rooter for first time . Came within an hour and a half. Technician was personable and knowledgeable. Price/rate was very reasonable. Two weeks and sink and I are happy. Would, without hesitation, call them again.

Abel really took the time to explain what was going on with our sewer system. It didn't take any time at all and he found the problem. Roots from our trees plugging the line. I couldn't believe the roots he pulled from the line. It had to be 4 foot long ball of packed roots. It didn't slow down, it just quit running one morning. I thought our septic tank was full but Casa Grande Septic told me it's probably a plugged line.
All good now. A little pricey but problem solved.

I required service on my bathroom sink that had a deep clog in it. I made an online service request and they responded to schedule in no time flat. Service tech Cody arrived to address my issue. He was kind, courteous, and most of all a hard working individual. You could tell that he really cares about his customers and their needs. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and was confident in his ability to repair it. In no time, my sink was draining with no other issues. Cody is definitely a great asset to the Roto-Rooter company.

Sean was very professional and knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. UPDATE: 5 weeks after installation of a new tankless water heater and this company won’t back up what they installed! Hot water is sporadic, very disappointed!

Fast service and showed up earlier

New purchase of natural gas grill required professional hookup between gas source and grill. AP&R were recommended by local gas company. Rita was extremely knowledgeable as to my needs and scheduled Sean to perform the task. Sean arrived right on time and professionally did the install followed by necessary safety checks. Overall great experience with AP&R and I’m comfortable knowing there are no gas leaks.
