I thought the technician did a great job. He worked with me to answer my questions, show me pictures, was patient, and hopefully diagnose the problem. He spent as much time here as I needed.

It took a couple appointments to get it done, but Joe got us flowing again. For those in AZ City, they have a t connector in line that they can use to block drainage for late payments, However, this t can catch and block normal operations. Also for consideration, if snowbirding away, run water for a few minutes to clear main line, and reduce the chance of "material" drying out and sticking to the drain lines.

Thet came out and said it was probably a sewer leak,they didn't even look in the attic, my main water feed was leaking for 2 more days after they left, another company came out went in the attic and found right away $8.000 dollars later between restoration and fixing drywall vanity and carpet. Thanks for all your knowledge.

Today I had your company come to change a hot water heater for my school Carlos was amazing and did a wonderful job he was very professional I just wish the office did not take so long to send him out as it was an emergency originally the office wanted us to wait and we would not have any hot water if is was not for Carlos pushing for us to get the hot water heater sooner we would have been without hot water thank you again Carlos.

Kitchen sink was clogged and backed up. After calling Roto a plumber was here in 1 hour at no additional charge. Dave was very professional and informative.

Saw some roots when installing a new toilet and called Roto-rooter. They sent over Carlos the next day. Carlos found where they were coming from, and applied some treatment to reduce the likelihood of the roots coming back and installed the toilet better than it was before. Highly recommend Carlos.

They say they have a Casa Grande location but no staff. I scheduled an appointment on Friday for service on Monday which they said the had availability between 10 and 2.
Got a call Monday morning confirming they would be there and would call with the technician name. 1:30ish rolls around and no call. I called to ask for an ETA. They decided to cancel without letting me know. "Too busy to come to CG". The claimed
they called and left a message, which is BS.

My issues were fixed in time and in a professional way. Abel worked hard to get the job done and keep the water shut off to a minimum.

Devin and his partner were efficient and professional, explained everything they were doing, told us the cost ahead of time, made sure everything was working properly before he would leave, and cleaned up after themselves. He also reassured us that there was a 60 day guarantee if there were any problems.

My house is only a few years old and I have had the drains back up twice, now. This guy was amazing. He cleared the blockage and put a camera in the drain and found where the builder had put in the wrong type of coupling when they moved the sewer line to make room for the pool. It was a really hot day but he took his time and patiently answered all of my questions.
