This company does EXCELLENT work. I always do my own plumbing, I have replumbed a couple of my own homes, but after doing research and purchasing a whole house salt free water filter/ softener, didn't have the tools for install. Having JustPlumbing handle the install, was advised that I had ordered something other than what I wanted. They were able to get me the proper equipment for my application, and the install was quick and CLEAN. 2 things that unfortunately dont go together when dealing with contractors most of the time. The knowledge they have is incredible, this coupled with professionalism and honesty is bar none in my opinion.

Justin at Just Plumbing is a unicorn. Fast, super-high-quality work, HONEST, and prices that are more than reasonable. Our whole outdoor water shut-off valve unit needed to be replaced. Justin came on a Sunday for no extra charge and did the work. The next day, we had a plumber from a different company do some inside work for us. He looked at Justin’s work and asked what he charged. I told him, and he said any other plumber would have charged double. Also, he used higher-quality parts than he needed to, wider pipe, and even used the modern ProPress fitting system which is safer, faster, and better. I didn’t know any of this. Instead of charging me more for less, Justin charged me less for more, and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I never would have known how awesome he was if a different professional didn’t take a look at his work the next day. Just Plumbing will be our one and only call for any service they provide.

Great service, they clean up after and the warranty is awesome! What more could you want? Oh, fair prices? They have those too! Justin and his team are very pleasant to work with. They come when they say they are going to come and get the job done right. I am a perfectionist and the line looks very nice and straight along the wall. Thank you Just Plumbing!

I HIGHLY recommend Just Plumbing! There's a reason that all of their reviews are 5 stars! They are very reasonably priced and I was able to schedule a visit right away. The technician, Levi, was very polite and knowledgeable. It only took him a few minutes to fix my corroded pipe but he spent several minutes afterwards answering all of my questions! I truly appreciate it and I know I'm going to choose them when it comes time to replace my water heater.

I punctured the main water line coming into our new house and called Just Plumbing. They were at my house within 10 minutes which was a very pleasant surprise and had the the water line fixed in no time. When I asked what I owed, the plumber said that the service was free because I had recently used them to install a water softener and an RO system in our house. I was flabbergasted! I have never experienced this level of customer service and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great plumber. They definitely proved that there is still good in the world...

Just Plumbing came out to do routine maintenance on our water softener and filter systems. We have had companies from Phoenix come out before and never have we had service like this before. Let me tell you our tech Brandon was very informative and insightful about our systems. We had a hot water tank start leaking. They responded to my voicemail in hours and reviewed options. They were able to install a new tank the next day. The timeline they gave was really beyond expectations along with a professional install. I will have them do our RO and soft water when they come out to do annual service.

I cannot say enough good about my experience. From the first call through the purchase and install of a new hot water heater this shop was kind, helpful and prompt. I called for my elderly mother who was delighted with the young technician that checked out her issue. He kept me informed, explained my options and even sent me pictures on my cell phone. After checking in with our warranty plan we decided to purchase new and as promised the day before the young man he had installed the new hot water heater later that afternoon. Considering I could not be onsite during all of this I was thrilled to know each person I dealt with at this shop was exceptional.

After researching water softener systems and technology, I chose Just Plumbing to install a salt-free water softener (WS) system. I could not be happier with the end result. After a brief discussion about the site-specific work involved and where best to locate the system, the Just Plumbing team got started. Their installation included building a support structure for the WS unit and adding an additional house shutoff valve and water tap. I am SO pleased with their price, their product, their willingness to answer my (many) questions, and the high-quality work they performed. Many, many thanks! We had an EXCELLENT experience with this company! We recently purchased an older home but they were able to overcome certain challenges in order to place the water treatment system where we wanted it. We also had them install an RO and it’s working great! The employees are friendly, professional, competent, and trustworthy. Before they left, they explained in detail how to use and maintain the systems. We would highly recommend them!

I had a salt free water softener installed . A couple of things about maintenance was not shared on installation but Just Plumbing was able to come by and properly provide me with the information . I respect companies that approach the concern and provide their clients with the right service. Thanks guys ! :)

I believed that my hot water heater was done for as I saw nothing to indicate it was working and via Home Advisor was connected to Just Plumbing. First, their estimate to install a brand new hot water heater was hundreds of dollars less than others that gave me an estimate!!! Second, when the technician arrived it took him less than 2 minutes to figure out that it was just my pilot light had gone out and although it was not intuitive to get it lit, he was able to do that quickly. So, I did not need a new hot water heater and he didnt charge me a dime to come and fix my system and would not take money, i offered multiple times. That is what i call great service and Just Plumbing will be the company i will use once I really do need a new hot water heater. I will also use them to replace my old broken soft water system as well.

I had an appointment with Just Plumbing for a water softener and RO system consultation. They arrived promptly at the beginning of their arrival window and got straight to work. They were completely forthright in telling me that, due to the unique plumbing in my condo unit, a softener install would be prohibitively expensive and not worth the investment. That kind of honesty is rare these days, and I appreciated their choice to do what is right for me as opposed to trying to sell an additional, expensive service. With the RO system, they gave a quote less than half the price of another company I had spoken with for a system that seems completely comparable, if not better. It was supposed to just be a consultation, but when I asked for an installation, they didn't hesitate to knock it out on the spot. 30 minutes later and I have a brand new RO system installed. I couldn't have asked for better service or pricing. I would absolutely refer anyone I know to Just Plumbing.

Liz & Brandon had Great communication, punctual & efficient. Checked out our water softener and returned to install carbon filter with a complimentary water heater flush. Highly recommend this company.

Had an RO system installed and this company was great. They were very good with communication showed up on time and the work was quick and clean. Made sure to match the new dispenser to our existing faucet and unit works really well. So glad to have drinkable water in the house. Thanks Just plumbing for the great work!

The next tech was also great. Our newest tech was just as great as the first two.
