Milan was very flexible rescheduling my service due to rain. He's spent an inordinate amount of time making sure everything is 100% to my satisfaction. LUMI is not the cheapest, but I feel the like price is well worth the quality, time, and effort that's put into the job. Milan is also a great communicator, something I really appreciate. Overall, easily a five-star service. THANKS!

If I could, I would give 10 stars to Julius and Lumi for professionalism, quality of service, and price. We work with loads of contractors and have for nearly 40 years and you guys are one of the best.

I booked Lumi Window Cleaning after responding to an Instagram ad. I scheduled a bid with Julius, but he missed the first appointment and said his system must not have reminded him. We rescheduled for the next day. He came out and quoted $315, which I accepted.
The tech (Sean) worked for over two hours. When he finished, I inspected the windows and found a large piece of painter’s tape still attached to the entry window and a paint drip on the exterior glass. I was told those issues fall under a “construction cleanup” package and were not included in the standard cleaning. That distinction was never mentioned during the bid.
After a text exchange, Julius called because he knew I was unhappy. He again explained that construction cleanup is difficult to identify until windows are clean. I walked him through the fact that he personally did the bid and likely counted windows rather than inspecting them closely for hard water, paint, or construction residue. He ultimately conceded that he may not have done a thorough enough inspection during the estimate.
To get the job completed properly, I paid the original $315 plus an additional $200 for the extra work.
Later, Julius called saying they hadn’t been paid. When I showed him my credit card receipt, he indicated there must be a software error.
In fairness, Julius offered a refund as a goodwill gesture. I declined. At this point, it’s less about the money and more about the business process. Estimates need to be accurate, scope needs to be clear upfront, and billing needs to be reliable. The experience itself is part of the service

Great job! Prompt response and were able to come out within a couple days. Another company I had hired had scheduling issues and had to cancel and I desperately needed my windows cleaned as I was putting my house on the market that week! And I have dogs who leave their nose prints on all the sliding doors. Now all my windows and sliding doors are sparkling clean!

We live in N Scottsdale in the Troon development. Lumi provided outdoor window cleaning for us today. The young men were polite, professionally dressed and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. They indicated it was a family business and you could tell, their customer service was outstanding and the price was very fair.

Julius was awesome from the moment I called to schedule to when he came to give us an estimate to the cleaning—friendly, professional, and efficient! It’s been years since we had our windows cleaned and now they look GREAT! Very happy with the cleaning! And, we will not wait years to get our windows cleaned knowing we can call on Lumi.
