*UPDATE* Now, they have raised their prices to ridiculous levels. I'd you bring a trailer of green over 10ft long, it will cost you $80 to dump it. Completely unacceptable. *end*
Used to be a good place for those of us who live nearby but since they hadn't been enforcing their "residents only" policy with respect to green materials, they have over used the landfill area and now are limiting green material to only 8 days once a quarter. Now residents are forced to adjust their schedule to a tight period because this facility has been mismanaged.

I’m not sure why, but this place has been closed at least three times I’ve come on a Wednesday during advertised hours. Super inconvenient when you have a vehicle full of junk to unload.

Russ showed up and did all he could to help me save a lot of money on my project. He is charismatic and caring and has a unique way of solving unexpected problems. I feel like he could fix just about anything and seems to have a way with plumbing. My water heater is working great and I appreciate him traveling to Sedona to do the job. He will give you a good price, give him a good tip and you might make a good friend too.

Russ was amazing called him in the middle of the night had a leak in the laundry room he came right out and fixed it he repaired the leak put up new sheet rock and even repainted the wall if I could give 10 stars ai would definitely would recommend
