I have had some issues with my pool heater and filter system and they figured it out so fast. They explained me everything clearly and patiently and came up with a plan and estimate. They were so transparent and professional. Their knowledge and experience is second to none.

Super Pool Guy has cleaned my pool in Carefree for a year. They never miss a week and keep the pool sparkling. I like their computerized report with all the stats and a photo, emailed to me so I know service was done. They drain it after rains and recharge the diatomaceous earth and tune my chlorine generator as temps change. SPG has my unqualified recommendation.

I am unhappy with the service. Pool is often poorly cleaned and timing of their visits is sporadic. On top of that the technician took away my pool vacuum and did not bring it back. A person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Hung up on me two times and ended up by yelling "Go look for you pool vacuum yourself! It was not my techs job to bring it back!" Needless to say, I do not recommend this service.

Super Pool guys ate taking care of my Pool for over 2 years now...They are doing a fantastic job! Especially Ardan the pool teck who is very consistent on his visits and knows his job very well! Also the owner Alex is a super nice guy and knows his stuff.I would highly recommend this guys to anyone! Trust me just try them out you won't regret!

Very happy with these guys. They have been servicing my pool for several years and when we had family coming in and a sudden issue with the pool heater - they were immediately there making sure everything was operational. Also - very organized in billing and maintenance records. Great all around!

We've been with Cave Creek Crystal Falls for over two years, following a financially disastrous experience with a competitor who left the pool in service mode for three months over the summer. Looking back in comparison, we wish we had been with Crystal Falls from the start. They have integrity, they do what needs to be done, they charge a fair price, they know pools and the technician we now have is reliable and spends the time it takes to provide outstanding service

Charlie and the team at Desert Foothills Pool Service are incredibly responsive. Late on Friday I noticed an issue with my spa and Charlie came over and got things working for the weekend. 5 stars!

I have been a happy customer since 2009. This very professional and efficient family run company has always taken great care of my pool, keeping it sparkling and responding to repair needs rapidly. They know what it takes to maintain excellent customer relations. They also recently referred me to an excellent contractor for a complete pool remodel which turned out beautifully.

Unreliable, uncommunicative over priced and abusive. Do yourself a favor and find a good service

Go elsewhere - there are hundreds of pool companies in the valley. Pick any one of them and you would be better off. The mechanics are poor and they sub-contract most of the weekly cleanings. The nickel and diming will never stop and will most likely get worse.

I have had excellent luck with Desert Foothills Pool Service. They are always here at the same time every week and any issues I have they are quick to respond and resolve. I can't recommend them enough!!
