We have used Desert Foothills Pool Services, Inc. for ten years and have been so impressed with their service and very prompt response to questions and any additional help needed. The weekly maintenance is thorough, and we are very pleased overall. Charlie has been so responsive and has found solutions and fixed anything which needed attention! We are very appreciative!

25 years ago I installed a Shasta pool with many upgrades including a negative edge. I have experienced a number of repair items throughout recent years. I am an absentee owner and I have had Charlie handle any needed repairs. Charlie has been diligent and passionate about the care of my pool. Their team has been responsive when I call, which is important because I periodically have renters. Quite frankly, Charlies' personal attention to my pool has been a breath of fresh air. Steve and his team are AWESOME. I couldn’t get Cal Pools to come and take a look at my salt cell system for the life of me- played phone tag with them for 2 years. Other pool companies didn’t even return my calls! I also had a leak in my filter housing that needed to be addressed. Contacted McCool’s who had everything checked out, and repaired, quickly. Super grateful for them getting the job done and being around to answer any questions I may have regarding the new equipment. They’ve been professional and helpful every step of the way!!
