I have been using Four Seasons Home Services for over 5 years now and they have always been great. George is the tech that comes out to do the maintenance and one time had to replace a part on my AC. He does a great job every time and is always so friendly and professional. I can highly recommend this company!

After having issues with our AC we called four seasons. They sent some inexperienced southern lady to check it out. After spending the entire day on our roof cleaning out a “restriction in the orfice expansion valve” drained/ refilled our refrigerant, cost us $1000 and said they fixed it. Next day our AC is not working, we call four seasons, they come out and tell us we need a new AC unit. So if you want $1,000 diagnosis give them a call. Otherwise i would choose someone else.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and proficient in servicing my system. He explained the results of his inspection and answered my questions.

George is extremely kind and knowledgeable. When our AC unit was down and needed a part that was temporarily unavailable by the manufacturer, he came up with a great solution by providing a temporary motor until our part came in. I know he had to do some rewiring and configuring to get that going for us. I’m very grateful that we didn’t have to be uncomfortably hot for weeks waiting on a part. I would definitely use this company again. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. Great company! I highly recommend them.

I’ve used Four Seasons maintenance plan for about two years and they’ve always been easy and reliable to work with. I’ve liked all their techs that have come out, but this most recent time they came out Jorge/George was the tech. He was simply excellent! Was extra thorough and patiently walked us through his observations and made sure we had all our questions answered. I would have given a 5 star review before Jorge, but his service prompted me to actually do it!

Peter Garcia came to do the bi-yearly inspection on my central air units. He was very thorough and honest in his evaluation. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. I buy the bi-yearly inspection package for 435$. Take this into account when you see the “price paid” in the box below

WE historically have used Four Seasons for our HVAC work and have been very happy. They now have a plumbing capability and so far its just as good as their HVAC offerring.

Great team of people...they helped my apartments manager get my AC fixed. They came out in inclement weather and stayed for as long as it took to get my apartment cooled down. Then came an finished the job and I had working ac unit from their first visit! Im so appreciative.

Had my HVAC system inspected by a lovely young lady named Early. Was somewhat surprised since there are very few women in the trades, which is unfortunate, but Early was the first I had ever seen in HVAC. Went thru my system, tested etc. Patched a couple minor duct leaks. Explained what she performed on my system and pronounced it ready for winter. I commend Four Seasons for hiring her and hope they can retain her and send her back in the spring.

Four Seasons did an awesome job. “Bald John” was amazing. Extremely thorough and meticulous in his work. Highly recommend.

When my AC stopped working during one of the hottest summers we’ve had in a long time I called who I thought was my regular HVAC repair service. It wasn’t until they couldn’t find any prior record of service in their system that I discovered Four Seasons had purchased the company a few years earlier. I was devastated, not wanting to start out with a company that didn’t know me and with whom I had no history , I was reluctant to even make an appointment. But the gal on the phone, Roxanna, had such a knowledgeable, common sense and friendly manner about her as she explained their service plan and assured me that she could have someone out to look at my AC the same day, I signed up and scheduled an appointment. Am I ever glad I did! Fearing an astronomical bill, I headed home to meet the AC Tech. Much to my surprise and delight the Tech was a Woman, (Earlie) and she had a very friendly and respectful Assistant, (Tyler). I’m a hands on kinda gal, so I got into my work clothes and headed up to the roof to see what the diagnosis was and more importantly how much it was going to cost. Earlie was ready with the diagnosis and to my surprise and extreme relief, the cost was much less than I anticipated. Earlie and Tyler were very friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering all of my questions as I looked on while they made the repair. In my opinion, they are true assets to Four Seasons in both skill and manner. Earlie made note to have someone contact me in the winter, for an estimate on a new unit and repair of my ductwork. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. Thanks Four Seasons!!!!

I called to have my water heater replaced and they were on their way to my home within the hour. This after waiting for another company for NINE DAYS. Professional service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend them enough!

Four Seasons is very accommodating to my schedule and I appreciate that. I also appreciate the professionalism of the service personnel and that they stop to let me know things are good (or if they aren't). They are also very friendly and conversant when needed. I will continue to have them service my HVAC system.
