I just wanted to share that these guys are legit. When all the typical A/C companies tell you that they will be out in a week, forget that, give these guys a call. I called on a sunday not expecting a call back and he called back and offered to come out the same day but i told him it wasn't an emergency so they sent a guy first thing Monday morning. He was quick, went right to the problem and had us up and going in less than half an hour. Definitely recommend.

I have been a customer for more than 25 years and have found them to be outstanding. This time includes a totally new HVAC system replacement and many situations which came up when I was away from AZ and at my primary residence in KS.

I cannot say enough good things about Desert Foothills Air Conditioning & Heating. We have used them for several years and all of our experiences have been positive. Yesterday afternoon one of our AC units appeared to have stopped working. I called around 1pm and maybe 90 minutes later they had someone at our door. He (Jason) diagnosed the problem, went to get the motor we needed, came back and had everything installed before dinner time. Jason is the technician who typically comes to our house and he's just the best - so knowledgeable, extremely competent, and very trustworthy.

Contacted twice. Never heard from them. Hired another company.

After nearly three years of struggling with an intermittent heating issue on extremely cold days, and having three other HVAC companies fail to identify the problem, Desert Foothills Air Conditioning came through with flying colors. Unlike the others, who scheduled visits in the warmer afternoon hours when the issue wasn’t apparent, Desert Foothills arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, just as promised, to evaluate the system under real conditions.

Within that single visit, they pinpointed the problem—a thermostat setting preventing the heat from kicking in below a certain threshold. It was a straightforward fix that others had completely overlooked. The professionalism, punctuality, and expertise they demonstrated were unmatched.

This was hands-down the best service call money I’ve ever spent. I won’t hesitate to call them again for any future HVAC needs, as they’ve proven themselves to be leagues ahead of the competition. Thank you, Desert Foothills Air Conditioning, for your competence and outstanding service!

Let me preface this review by saying I’m not the average HVAC customer having spent many years in this industry. I’m very particular about service techs and companies and know great when I see it and this experience was great!

Westin came out to service our four systems today and to diagnose an Ecobee thermostat heating issue. Service was prompt and he arrived on time as promised. Westin was efficient, thorough, professional and competent and explained what he found and what he did very clearly. He diagnosed and fixed the Ecobee issues in less than 15 minutes after I spent 3 hours the day before with Ecobee tech support which accomplished NOTHING!

Ecobees tech support could not solve the issue and basically they washed their hands of the issue. Jon the owner was also very accommodating and helpful in offering suggestions on equipment and services and is very responsive.

I give Desert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for quality, responsiveness and for being customer focused. AND their pricing is very reasonable considering the level of service they provide when you compare them to many of the Big Boys in the local industry and I believe they are better.

Amazing company and incredible customer service. Sent an email request at 2:30 pm today and received a call back 30 minutes later and they sent a service tech out to my home in Cave Creek 30 minutes after the call. Diagnosed the issue with my AC unit, replaced the broken part, and my house is now cooling as we speak. Excellent commutation and a very fair price, especially given the urgency of the issue. Amazing service from start to finish! Our A/C shut down unexpectedly on a holiday weekend. We called around 10:30 AM and Jon at Desert Foothills Air Conditioning was already at our house at 11:30 AM. He was polite, timely, and reasonable. The problem was diagnosed quickly. We are grateful a friend recommended this company to us. We will certainly be using their service again the future. It's so nice to find a family owned, smaller business. Many larger A/C companies feel like a sales pressured transaction. This was just fixing the issue at hand, without all of the unnecessary pressure. Highly recommend!

I have used Desert Foothills AC/Heating for years. The technicians are great, reliable, and efficient.

15 year customer. Owner Jon and staff are prompt and honest. This time (2026) they were out within 4 hours of the call, identified the problem, and back within 24 hours with the part to replace a faulty motor. Honest? I'd forgotten that it might be under warranty as a component of 2022 job! Of course they just charged labor, but an unscrupulous contractor might have charged me and enjoyed the warranty for himself. Family business in the area for the long term. Highly recommend .

I was a former MDs customer and I had a good experience with Earle and George at Four Seasons Home Service. I liked that they worked in pairs and were sharing experience. It seems to be a good, thorough check and I'm happy I called them.

Great company. I have used them for maintenance on my 2 units for a few years and they are always on time and Brittany is a gem. She is very good at communicating with me as far as appointment times. The technician's have always been very professional and explain everything before any work is performed. I recommend them highly.

When our long-time HVAC guy sold his business to Four Seasons, I didn’t think his service could be matched. But then Four Seasons set us up with Earle. She has been better than outstanding! But now I am told she is no longer with the company. That is extremely unfortunate. If her replacement doesn’t meet her standard, we will be checking out other HVAC suppliers…,

I was very happy with the service provided by Four Seasons. The technician, Valmir, was courteous, professional and thorough in his inspection of my air conditioning system. He provided a report with the test results and photographs that confirmed all of the pertinent tests were performed on my system. I will continue to call Four Seasons for inspections and if needed, service.
