Mike is 100% professional and amazing! Mike has always taken care of my personal, my family’s and my client’s HVAC systems! I call him my HVAC Jockey that can climb any hole to find the issue of why heating and cooling is not working. An added plus… he is very affordable and trustworthy too!

Have used a big HVAC company for several years with no issues. Although I have a newer system, I was told during a regular maintenance check (by a different tech than my normal guy) that I have several "problems" which needed immediate attention. After being told the cost, I said that I wanted a second opinion. Called CCCC and explained my situation to Mike and he immediately gave me a solution and a quick appointment. David came over and assessed the situation. The cost was about 1/3 of what the 'BIG' company wanted. David explained that there were no other issues with my system and didn't try to upsell me anything that I didn't need like the other company tried to do. I will give all my business to CCCC from now on. I appreciate Mike and David for being honest and professional (don't find businesses like that very often anymore).

Mike was able to come a couple of hours after calling to tell him of the problem with my thermostat. As always he was able to fix it quickly and combined it with the semi annual maintenance. Cave Creek Cooling is a ten - efficient and service with a smile.

Our heat went out and I had a return call within an hour and then they were out to assess the problem within an hour on a weekend. It was repaired on Monday once they were able to get the part. Will definately use them again if needed! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Outstanding service. Nathan is on time, knows his stuff and charges appropriately. He has kept me from having expensive repairs or replacement by replacing little things like capacitors. This year got a clean bill of health - nothing needed. One year he found that my drainage pan in the attic was installed improperly - could see past water damage- saved me huge just by being thorough. Highly recommend.

Did a new Trane installation to replace a 21 year old unit. Working with Nathan was a pleasure. He was prompt at all meetings. Was very professional and courteous. Took time to explain and did a great job. He beat the big companies in price and delivered a great product and service.
