My first experience with Black Mountain Cooling was excellent. From the initial phone inquire to quick scheduling and arriving on time. Although the first visit didn't correct the problem, the second one did and no charge for it. Bob did a great job of explaining what was going on with my system. I highly recommend them and will use them for other properties I have an intertest in.

They are always on time, and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They also go out of their way to make sure your project goes smoothly. We will definitely use them again!

Michael is very knowledgeable and works fast. Came out on a weekend to get our AC up and running again. When I asked about replacement of the unit due to age he gave me an honest answer. Most AC companies now just want to sell new units and the techs don't know enough to fix a failed unit. Can't say enough about how good Cave Creek Cooling is!

I have used Mike and Cave Creek Cooling for 5 years for annual AC and heating tuneups in a house I bought 6 years ago with an existing unit that was at least 4 or 5 years old. Mike is the master of preventive maintenance. I have had one minor and inexpensive repair that Mike convinced me would extend the life of my unit and for the last 4 years it has been problem free. Mike is fair and honest. He is the equivalent of finding a great mechanic for your car. You want the relationship to last forever!

Michael came out to give me a second opinion on my A/C units after one of the "big" Phoenix companies had recommended thousands of dollars in repairs. Michael checked things out and said its all OK and didn't even charge me for the service call. I'm now changing all of my service and maintence over to Cave Creek Cooling and droping the "big" company that had been upselling and over charging me for years.

I'm so blessed to have found this company so close by, I've had several other HVAC companies in the past 2 years and Michael was the only person who was able to find the problem and fix my AC. He is very reliable and I would highly recommend him.
