miguel did a fantastic job cleaning the air ducts at both my home and my son's place. i highly recommend j.v. home services for anyone needing air duct cleaning. miguel arrived right on time, was very polite, and worked carefully and thoroughly. he made sure to clean up everything when he finished. i learned that not all air duct cleaning companies do a complete job. some just clean the front part of the ducts from inside the room. with this company, they use a strong vacuum hooked up to the ductwork and clean from each vent back toward the main duct, making sure all the dust and debris are sucked out. miguel also cleaned from the air handler and even went up to the roof vents, so every part of the system got attention. the whole process took about 3-4 hours, which showed me they don't rush and really care about doing quality work. my air feels fresher and cleaner, which is especially nice in this hot arizona weather.

Well worth shopping around. Decided to push for the higher performance models knowing the Arizona heat is only getting worse. George the owner personally managed the project from start to end setting expectations ahead of time that no other installer would talk about until a contract was signed. We all know on these split units your AC attic entrance gets destroyed, or do you? This is one of the upfront preparations George talks about so his clients are prepared.

Once the old units were taken down, a second follow up review was performed to understand how the new units will operate and how tuning would be performed. Unlike other more simple units, these utilize an app of which no longer requires attic access to program the fan speed or air handler performance. This extremely helpful in case future work were to be performed.

George and his team work at your speed. They start early to finish on time. Some installers start late and end up needing two days or don’t bring enough workers to accomplish the job, not George. Treats everyone with respect and has the integrity to pre schedule follow up visits should they be needed.

Black Mountain Cooling is an awesome company.  Our AC was out one evening.  I contacted Bob, the owner.  He responded right away and told me that one of us could get by there the next morning for sure, and that the office would reach out in the morning.  Sure enough, Carla called to tell me that Evan will be out sometime in the morning.  Evan diagnosed it and found it was a compressor.  Ben drove to Mesa to pick it up and replaced it.  They worked diligently and with urgency and did an excellent job.  The warranty covered both the labor and the part.  Highly recommend the Black Mountain Cooling.
