What a wonderful first experience with Cave Creek Cooling! I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours of needing service. Issue was fixed quickly and professionally, for an extremely reasonable price.. I will be using Cave Creek Cooling for all air-conditioning and heating needs in the future. Cannot recommend them enough!

This is the second year that Michael, who had just finished another job in the late afternoon, came to diagnosis the problem.My A/C had "died" and needed Freon. Michael worked in the dark so that I would have Air-conditioning late last night.
I highly recommend Michael for his expertise, his honesty and his caring about his clients. I wish I could.give him 10 stars for a review!

After routine maintenance by my usual company, my HVAC performance actually got worse. Mike came out the very next day after I contacted him. He quickly figured out what was wrong, corrected it, and had my HVAC running properly again in about 30-45 minutes. It's a week later, and it's still working like a champ. I reached out to Cave Creek Cooling to get 2nd opinion on my 5 ton Trane AC that was making loud buzzing noise all summer. Their competitor had provided resolution with estimate that made me call for 2nd opinion. Sure enough, Cave Creek Cooling (CCC) had different assessment and estimate. That difference allowed me to resolve issue using warranty parts that saved me $1000. Great job Mike and Wyatt at CCC!!! Be careful who you hire.

Our A/C unit quit blowing cold air last night. I filled in the contact form online, and within 5 minutes, Michael called me. He said he would be headed my way. He sent me a message with his location, and he was here within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problems. I need a new capacitor, and my unit was low on freon. I have a 2-stage unit and only stage 1 was working. He adjusted the settings on the thermostat so both stages were operational. It had been set up incorrectly when installed by another company 7 years ago. He completed all 3 tasks in just over an hour, and our and my unit runs like new. He was extremely prompt, courteous, efficient, and the bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend Cave Creek Cooling Company..
