We highly recommend Sewer Time Septic and Drain. We had a rather complicated set of issues with our main line drain and septic system. They continued to work the problems until all issues were resolved. Their technicians were friendly and respectful and were willing to answer all of our many questions until we had a firm understanding of the issues needing to be addressed. In addition, they have reasonable and competitive prices for the work they do. Richard, one of their technicians, was especially diligent in making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We are very grateful for the job well done!

Great company & communication with our backed up septic system.

We are very pleased with Sewer Time Septic & Drain. It’s almost 3 days before they find the problem with our sewer pipe. All the time they are very professional and courtesy and assurance. They share all findings and more. We are very happy with them. We definitely going to use them again if need to. I recommend you all to them!!!!

We have a small grease trap at our ranch in Wickenburg. Finding someone that would come all the way out here was difficult. Sewer Time placed us on their schedule quickly. And when they're here they do an excellent job.

Integrity. Qualified people. Impeccable work. Reasonable pricing. If these things are important, this is the company for you. My septic tank was cracked so I had to have a new one installed. Paden was my initial contact. He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating. Jerry and Rodney were primarily responsible for the install. These guys know what they are doing. It turns out my old system had not been operating properly since it was installed 18 years ago. They took the time to thoroughly assess and test the system, and then worked tirelessly, sometimes in pouring rain, to install a new tank and new equipment to make it right. And there were no surprise extra charges in the final invoice. All I could say was “wow.” My most sincere thanks to all of you for a job well done, from start to finish, and for reminding me there are still reputable companies out there.

The company I've used for 40 years was too busy and couldn't get here for 2 weeks. Every other company was at least a week away. They got to me the next morning. Service was excellent. No upsell and price was competitive. Gave excellent advice for future maintenance.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Great work. No previous companies took the time to explain why pumping from the entire septic lid was way better than just using the port hole on the lid. Fantastic job!

Last year I called out Sewertime to come and pump my tank. Great people and great service at a great price. While they were out I was told that I had an issue at the entrance of my tank and it could pose an issue later on. Fast forward just over a year later and my tank is clogged. Figured it was the said issue. Called Sewertime to get someone out but they couldn’t come until the next day. Made a few calls and made the mistake of using a recommendation of another company. (I will not name as I hate it when people only use online reviews to bash people). Anyways. I told said company my issue and that cause could be due the issue I was told about by Sewertime the previous time. They seemed nice and told me their guys would be out 1st thiing next morning . Great. Was told that I would get. Shopping list of what they thought I needed and I could choose from that. (I knew digging was required and needed wanted risers put in). I okayed them to come out and I made the mistake of cancelling with Sewertime. When other company came out they called after digging and told me what riser cost would be. I told them to go ahead and do it. I also asked if tank seemed full and was told “no, it seemed to appear to be in normal operating levels. “. After that no call with update. Followed by my wife calling me telling me that they tried to rooter it and could not clear it. I asked again about said issue and if that needed fixing and she said they don’t know as they already filled back in after riser install and they didn’t have time to dig again. My next option was to Jet the pipe and it would cost and additional $650. I declined, sent them on their way. Was told I would get a bill for work done. To my surprise when the bill came I got billed not only for the dig, risers, additional cost listed as “ separation of dirt and quarter minus and putting landscaping back” for an additional $200. I also got billed for $600 to empty the tank that I never authorized. On top of a $300 charge for rootering that didn’t work. I bout crapped my pants, which honestly was better than using the toilet cause it was still clogged. Anyways, not only was I charged for work I didn’t authorize, the pricing was ridiculous. If I had called Sewertime the dig would have been $150 less and the tank emptying (that I didn’t need nor authorize). Would have been $100 less as well. So I could only imagine how much better my experience and total price would have been had I gone with them again. Did I mention that I called a plumber after all this to see if they could clear the blockage? They came out and I told them the last company couldn’t clear it with a rooter and wanted to jet it. Was told that if they can’t at least clear with a rooter they can’t jet cause it could hurt things. We’ll, they cleared it with a rooter in about 10-20 minutes and stuck a camera in. Sure as hell the issue Sewertime told me about the previous year got worse and was the culprit. . Oh, the clearing and jet from them cost a total of $289. Over $660 cheaper than same thing from the shitty septic company I had come out was going to cost. Anyways. Do yourself a favor, use Sewertime and skip the other company that services around Black Mountain in cave creek. They are straight up crooks. Don’t make my mistake. Sewertime will be my first call next time and everytime.

Last minute septic emergency right before the holiday. Not only was Sewer Time responsive and prompt, they also took care of the issue and went above and beyond to put me at ease. Truly appreciate their handling of my emergency.

There were many posted, but a friend of mine posted this company and said they were the best that she found.
I took her advice and called them and it was a great experience.
From the young lady who set up my order to the gentleman who opened my tank… And to the driver with the truck.
A1 service A1 prices and I can highly recommend this company. Very honest with no added bullshit!

Both Travis and Haydn did a fantastic job. They arrived 1/2 hour early and had all the proper equipment to fix my septic tank and blockage. The guy with the pumping truck came afterward and did an excellent job as well. I would highly recommend this company.
