I hired this company to install a new garbage disposal, but the installation was left incomplete because the dishwasher knockout plug was not removed. This caused my dishwasher to stop draining. The technician later admitted this was missed. I was told the issue would be fixed the next morning, but that did not happen. Due to the delay and the fact that I rely on my dishwasher daily for work, I had to hire another company to correct the issue. What was most concerning was how the situation was handled. The issue was minimized as ‘not a big deal,’ and there was inconsistent communication regarding timing. Overall, I paid $350 for an installation that was not completed properly and had to spend additional money to fix the mistake. I would recommend double-checking work if you can, before leaving a job site.
