We lost power to the lights in our powder room. I checked circuit breakers, light bulbs, etc. to no avail, so a mystery. Frank finally tracked down the problem to a lose wire in a bedroom wall socket. Kudos to Frank and criticism of the electrician who originally wired the house because there is no logical to the electrical set up. We highly recommend Frank for quality and value of his work.

Until I called Frank at Granado's, I had been starting to think that you couldn't find any skilled technicians who cared any longer. He proved me wrong, in such a positive way! I had a small electrical job I needed done, and had been calling electrical service companies for a couple of days. In contrast, Frank listened carefully when I described the issue, asked specific questions to try to rule out some potential causes, and then scheduled me in short order. When I met him, he demonstrated a combination of technical skill and personal interest, showing concern over making sure the cause was identified confidently and resolved effectively at a fair price. It's so nice to find someone like this who I know I can depend on for my future electrical needs! I'm almost reluctant to post this because I don't want to share him with anybody else, LOL.

Frank and his team are very professional, honest, knowledgeable and fair. The lights in my kitchen, laundry room and garage stopped working and they were able to trace the problem to some incorrectly wired recessed light fixture but then he also correctly fixed a light switch. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond and correcting prior poor work but also leaving my electricity in better conditions. Glad I know a trustworthy electrician now.

This is the second time I've hired Granado's Electrical Service. Frank replaced a breaker in 2021, so we contacted him in 2024 when we needed more electrical work. Alex and Gary arrived at the exact time of our appointment to replace a ceiling light fixture and a ceiling fan. They were professional and friendly, and asked pertinent questions to ensure the ceiling fan was installed to my liking. The installations look great and they did not leave a mess.
