After doing our research, and getting several quotes, my wife and I decided to go with Level 5 Lighting because of quality of Jellyfish lights and the workmanship everyone raved about in Go Gilbert and other reviews. We have no regrets! The owner, Derek, came by and talked us through the installation process, warranties, color matching, pricing, and even provided us with a schematic to submit to our HOA for approval. Then when we were ready to move forward, Derek had Brittany work with us, and she got us scheduled for installation without any issues, in fact it was ahead of schedule (Thank you Brittany)! Then on the day of installation, Dajaun and Hunter explained what they were going to do and answered a few final questions we had, went to work and the job was completed with no problems. Great experience with our Stellar lights. I was worried it wouldn't look as good as the more expensive lights but we're loving night one. Garrett answered the million questions I kept calling and emailing about. Nikki assisted with the payment process and made it easy. Install techs Dajaun and Justin arrived and finished earlier than expected. They were super respectful that I was working from home. I barely noticed them during the whole installation process. Dajaun gave me a high-level explanation of the app that covered everything I needed to get started. I got quotes from 4 different companies and Level 5 was cheaper by an average of about $1,000.

Anthony and his crew went above and beyond with my Jellyfish lighting install. Interference with the pre-existing pigeon remediation netting posed a challenge, but the crew was able not only to install the lighting tracks to conform to the fascia line, but re-installed the netting to perfection.

The quality of the materials and the paint matching of the rails are top-notch. During the day, the installation is not noticeable unless it is being looked for (a huge Plus in an HOA covenant-controlled community).

Anthony took the time to explain the system’s operation, along with the initial Zone setup in the Jellyfish cloud app to get me started.

Garret the sales rep was thorough and attentive to details, Brittany was helpful in the office with coordination and the installers (Dajaun, Hunter and Khari) were total ROCK STARS! Great team from office to installation! Amazing communication and they do their best to complete timely installation. It took the guys less than two days to install the lighting system for our two-story house. Extremely professional, and helped us completely understand how to utilize the lights, the app, etc.

Jabar did a great job installing our lighting on our home. He was VERY knowledgeable about product. Brittany was awesome explaining all to us at her presentation. It was flawless! You could tell she knows her product. The night that they were installed we had a neighbor down the street ask about them. You know they are AWESOME when your teenager comes home and said they are lit! 🔥

5 star experience from start to finish. Alana was great during the sales process, and Nikki in the office was great getting us on the schedule and was extremely communicative throughout.

Now…to start, I love Accent and Holiday lighting. When I started researching companies, Level 5 was absolutely the #1 choice. Better materials, better warranty and just overall a better experience. Other companies do landscaping, Lawn Care and other services. LEVEL 5 is all business and you can tell they are experts in what they do.

Installation flawless…because Garett was awesome. Professional, detail oriented and he was obsessed with making sure our experience was perfect. Set up of the app that controls the lights was easy, and Garett walked us through every aspect of the system until we were comfortable. Garrett, thank you sir, appreciate your meticulous approach to the install and for your professionalism and perfectionist approach to this install.

Level 5 employees have never failed to impress me. With their knowledge about their product and installs, they always have the answer and the ability to fix any issues. The three that came out to repair a section of lights that went out (Dajuan, Mario, and Shak) were very friendly, personable and easy to talk to, even though I probably come across as one of those adults turning into their parents commercials...5 Stars always, and thank you Derek for answering my texts right away, 5 Stars for you and your office staff as well!!!
