Level 5 Lighting has done a few things for me over the past few years with my outside lighting and I love it. Their communication and service is exceptional. Recently I had Garrett back to quote some patio lighting and then had Damian and Dustin do the install. Everything was great as always and the install went perfectly smooth with those two! Thx for everything!

Our installer Dajuan was great. He took the time to ask questions and explain everything he was going to do. The install looks great color matching the house so the lights are almost invisible from the street. The quality is much better than the DIY stuff I looked at. Easy to use App for controlling the lights. Could not be happier with the install and quality of the products, definitely recommend Level 5.

I am highly satisfied with Level 5 lighting. They did and awesome job! I had a few dislikes at the first installation since my house is a little tricky due to having corbels all around the house. I immediately contacted the Owner Derek. He came out the next day and resolved the issues and figured out a plan right away. I remember that he told us. “I’m here to make you guys happy”. Derek truly cares about his customers.
He sent out his BEST guys which are Dajaun and Mario. They left all of the lights around my house looking super clean and professional! They look perfect!

We had outdoor lighting Installed around the outside of our home. We are extremely happy. Hayden and Kayden Did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, got right to work, everything is very clean, and they were very efficient. They helped with app set up and were very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend!

The staff was very exceptional from initial estimate to the final install. Though it was sometime between estimate and install, the company contacts were always responsive and willing to work to a budget. The result was a very clean and professional look. The phone number listed for Edison Electricians of Chandler goes to an answering service, that then connected me to Any Hour services in Deer Valley. Apparently there actually is no Edison Electricians of Chandler... it's just like an electrical service marketing 3rd party thing... super annoying to think I'm calling one place but get directed to another. No thank you.

When hiring a contractor I look for the following things: Is he friendly, punctual, is the price reasonable for the work done, does he clean up after the job and does he explain the job in full and take the time to answer any questions. Had a pool light that kept burning out, or so we thought. John came out and found our wiring was not correct, and went to great extent to expose all the wiring and ultimately fix the issue. He at first diagnosed it as something beyond my ability to understand but- it was going to expensive. He came out to do that fix, but had been thinking about his diagnosis and concluded that couldn’t be it. The actual fix was much cheaper and quicker Honest work well done. Couldn’t ask for more.

John put in recessed lighting for us a few years ago and we were very pleased with his work. It looked great! And now we needed a light switch fixed and again we are happy with his work. Thanks John!

O’Herren is the best! We ran into a major electrical problem at the beginning of June and John was quick to respond, showing up within an hour since we had an electric panel fire. He walked me through the issues and got us to a safe state. He explained my options and in the end he replaced the entire electrical panel. This took permitting, digging, rewriring, working with the city... Everything John said regarding the process was spot on, from the timing to the cost, it pretty much unfolded exactly like he said it would. That is the sign of a seasoned veteran. John doesn’t take short cuts and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done to perfection.

I’m also nosey and John had no problem explaining the “what and why’s” of the electric job. I got a free electrical apprenticeship class out of it :)

I appreciated the work so much that I’ve referred O’Herren to friends and have had him back to help with other electrical jobs.
