I’ve had Serene do quite a bit of work for me over the years. They do a very professional job and make sure they always have somebody on hand that speaks English so I can communicate with the workers. They are a crew full of hard workers.

Set up an appointment for a Sunday 8-9am, this appointment was confirmed on a Thursday. Then, less than 24 hours before appointment they demanded I call them or they would not come out (this was for a walk through of the property and to get estimates). Due to my work schedule I was unable to make the call (I work in the medical field). I was told "If I can't talk with someone today on the phone I will not be there, Sorry that's the way I operate". There was no previous mention that a phone call would need to be made, not once.
Spend your money somewhere else where and with someone who appreciates the business.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
Did not complete the project and keep over $6,000 of my money from down payments. Refused to refund my money, had to file several complaints. Still ongoing issue.
Save yourself from months of stress and use a different company.

I had the best experience with Serene Home Services. I got amazing astro turf for my patio that brings it to life. The communication was very good - they kept me informed of the order, delivery, etc. I recommend them highly!

I had a drainage and grading issue and was having trouble finding someone who could take care of both. I dialed Serene Home Services. Louie able to replace my drains, grade that part of the yard, and resold the area for less than the quote I received from another business for drainage work only! They also went through everything they were doing with drainage and how to care for the new sod in detail.

Serene Home Services re-landscaped my front yard, and I'm so happy with the results! It's beautiful! Louie and his staff do such a great job, the prices are reasonable and they always respond right away to any questions that I have.

We're new to Arizona and needed help with initial clean up and ongoing maintenance. I tried contacting 3 other companies and got either no response, or poor service. Serene was on top of it, sent someone out right away to give us an estimate, which was reasonable considering the time involved to complete the work. They did an excellent job! The owner stopped by to make sure everything was done properly and their followup was fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Was too pushy. wanted payment, in full, for work not even done yet and when he did do work, he expected payment the very same day.
