The process to book the dumpster was very easy on their website. Terms and conditions are pretty clear, however when booking it gives you a one week rental and then say for each additional day there is a charge and someone would need to call for pick up. We thought we would have the dumpster a little longer than a week so we didn’t call but someone showed up without calling us first to pick it up at exactly one week. Instead of having them come out again and waste a trip for them we just let them take the dumpster since most of the bigger debris was already in the dumpster.

We received another charge a couple of weeks later (today) for $75 for over a tonnage of weight but we had the smallest dumpster they had for a small bathroom remodel. We did a remodel two houses down for a bathroom twice the size with much larger vanities and tubs etc and somehow that was not over a ton (we had a different dumpster company at that job).

Other than that the overall experience was pleasant, and their prices are fair despite the random charge.

Great people, prompt service, and affordable prices. I will always use AAA Roll Off Rentals anytime I need a dumpster, of any size. Easy and convenient online booking makes rental a breeze. Highly recommend!

Been using them for about a year or so and the service is always prompt!!
The dumpsters are in decent shape and occasionally there are remnants left over from previous job sites when it’s delivered (not a big deal). However, I will say they arrive early so you can start tossing in debris when you arrive. They normally arrive between 7-8 am unless you choose a specific time and circumstances.
Laila is always prompt to respond and I encourage contractors to fill out the form. (She will have the details)

Needed a dumpster for a property cleanout so did my research with a bunch of companies and many just had very vague rundowns of certain fees and what is and not allowed which made it hard to determine if it would work or not. Then I called AAA Roll Off rentals and within the first few min of talking to them I had every possible question or variation answered completely without any hint of missing or misleading info and was sold on the spot. Fantastic service from start to finish excellent pricing prompt responses. Would be astonished if you find a better experience elsewhere!

This is a first class Company, their trucks and equipment are in excellent condition and they were very accommodating to our tight schedule. They supplied a dozen of their 40 yard roll-off containers. I would highly recommend them for any roll-off project!

AAA Roll Off Rentals is top notch! Laila was such a big help and very thorough with everything we discussed. We needed two 40 yard roll offs for a property clean up and they really came through! The dumpster drop offs and pick ups were delivered as expected. There were a couple hiccups on our part but that did not deter Laila from giving us the best customer service. We had a bad experience with AAA Roll Off Rentals. When our dumpster contained dirt, we asked for 24 hours to offload it. Instead, AAA tried to upsell us a “dirt dumpster” that was over $200 more expensive than local competitors. When we declined, they removed our dumpster the next day without permission, dumped the load, and later billed us additional fees. Poor communication and unfair handling — won’t use again.

I hate looking for prices online and having to call for information. AAA had everything upfront on their website which was reason number 1 I went with them. Then their availability, and ease of booking and changing that booking were happy bonuses, reason number 2. I filled my dumpster earlier than anticipated and they came and took it away the next day. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

What a great company! When I was searching for a roll away, I found that the industry had some real shady players. AAA was awesome, responsive, communicated via text (I'm busy, and love that) The driver was professional and great to deal with. If you need a roll away, call AAA.... Nothing shady, responsive and they do what they say they will do.

Leila is amazing, she pays attention to detail and always shows a positive attitude. She also makes it super simple to schedule drop off and pick up via txt message. Dumpster is always with in the time frames given and the drivers pay attention to details while doing drop offs. Your customer service department today was completely useless, they didn't know how to look up any purchase history through my Pro XD account and so that I asked if she could just ring me up and she messed that up too and had to send me down to self pay for I saw somebody working at the pro desk checking somebody out so I asked them if they could help me out and they could not either because nobody said they have the training to do so

What an awful store rude and lazy employees. I will never shop here again.

Brian was very helpful and helped us find what we needed before we even asked him. I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be coming back in the near future. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only negative that I can think of is it a little bit difficult to find from the road because of all the trees, but still a five star in my book

I'm here at least once a week, sometimes two or three times. My 3 year old is obsessed with automatic doors and Home Depot, so we come in
to wander and burn off energy often. Staff are always kind to us. If they dont recognize us, they recommend the monthly kids event. The store is always neat and organized. There are 3 Home Depot stores near my house, and this one is mine and my kiddos' favorite.
