Need a better supervisor. Only one mess up and the whole team gets it. Were not is school anymore. Can't even have good communication with others. Idk.

They put in at a site with new foreman that never been a boss and try to run a crew...And I see why this this place don't have good people. I am on the HOA Board that contracted with Siteworks for over 4 years. It was a very unpleasant experience that resulted in a poor landscape design, loss of many plants and excessive water bills.

Non-responsive/Un-professional - After several attempts were made to contact Siteworks regarding so many dying plants or possible water leaks. Their solution was to just pull out plants and ignore the maintenance of the irrigation systems.

Poor quality/Poor value - Our Board ended up breaking our contract and going with another landscape company that charged us almost half the cost for the same service. But more importantly this new company has a proactive concept that identifies problems before they start and maintains the appearance our community with regards to plant health, water usage, safety, weed/rock control, and dog waste removal. Siteworks wouldn't even do simple things like stock our dog park areas with waste bags.

We currently have a large water bill due to leaks that Siteworks failed to identify let alone fix. This company has done nothing to rectify these problems or offer to compensate our HOA due to their dereliction of duty.

I would highly suggest that you not hire them for service until they can guarantee their on-site workers will have more supervision and guidance within communities and landscaped properties.

Alcohol/drug use while on job and even driving company trucks. Poor quality and management, as they are often a contributing factor or simply do nothing when reported. You’d be safer as a customer and/or employee to obtain services or work somewhere else.

Very unprofessional. No communication as far as maps and blueprints of jobs. Never once call 811 for proper marking of any live lines. We always used backhoes and excavator's and never once called 811. Which cuased a few broken lines at talking stick and evacuations. Supervisors have some knowledge of jobs but i was on my own out there with my guys . Front office hr is a mess with no help or consideration of workers even tho they always say without the workers there is no siteworks. Enhancements alone was making payroll for the company. Maintenance keeps the bills payedand lights on .without the workers siteworks is non respectable

Why on God's green earth are you guys running a woodchipper at 5:30am right next to a apartment complex? That too literally anyone is crazy disrespectful to EVERYONE in this complex. Do better.

Driver of a late-model Chevy sedan with the company logo came speeding around a curve, laid down on the horn, gave me the finger with both hands, then rolled down her window and shouted at me at the red-light. If this is an indication of how you treat the public, in a company vehicle, then one has to wonder what the rest of the company is like. This happened on 2/17/24 in the vicinity of 48th and Ray. I took video and images.

Saw one of your work trucks driving and all i gotta say is get better drivers it isnt a good look on your company to have a driver not use a turn signal and cut 5 lanes just to go to a exit. Plate # AFA 9ZH

So to the jerk driving in the HOV lane with one person in his vehicle -AZ HTA4NN, flashing your lights at people driving legally in this lane only proves you are a jerk. 12/26/23 @ 3:05pm

This place does not care about state laws, City ordinance, or people. I would not recommend this place by any means. Starting up a tree grinder at 6:30 and within 500 ft of residential property goes against 11-10.2 section B for noise ordinance in the city of Chandler. Making profit at the expense of disturbing others. Their office isn’t even open until 8 am I’m suppose that’s so their employees can sleep. Even if this wasn’t against the city ordinance it goes against being human. If your company can’t keep it human it should not be open.

This company does horrible work, they hardly do anything...let things grow out of control. Will go to the HOA and demand money back and refuse to pay this company. I moved here so I don't have to do landscape any longer, and this is what I get. This is theft, screwing over all of us in the community. I know 2 residences who did their front yard on their own because they gave up on this questionable company.

This company manages the landscaping on East Bell Road between N 82nd Street and the 101 on the North side of East Bell Road in Scottsdale AZ.
They "maintain" a large number of sprinkler heads that are next to the public sidewalk and spray & irrigate the grass landscaping.
These sprinkler heads have for a long time been improperly placed so that they spray large volumes of water over the sidewalk.
I have posted some photos here that show the magnitude of the water spayed repeatedly over the public sidewalk.
The consequences of this "carelessness" or "recklessness" is obvious but for clarity I will detail them:
A. Pedestrians are being soaked while walking along the public footpath.
B. The footpath has standing water, leaves and algae on it due to the incessant watering. This forms a very slippery skid-pan which is a clear danger to pedestrians.
C. The only remedy for pedestrians who neither wish to be soaked or break their necks (or other bones) is to walk in the actual road and face the obvious danger of being hit by the oncoming traffic. E Bell Road is a very busy road and carries heavy commercial traffic.
D. Whatever your opinion about the sanity of using precious water resources to irrigate grass landscaping in the desert it is certainly not sensible to waste more water by drenching the local residents (and break their bones in the process).

Sooner of later someone is going to get hurt.

Just for the record - this company clearly has no concerns about their anti-social behavior because the situation that I report here has been the same for years. Assuming they come to maintain the landscaping equipment and get paid regularly it would be impossible for them not to be aware of the issues mentioned here. They make money so who cares - right?

This company should remedy the situation they have single-handedly caused - urgently. They may also like to put their insurers on notice.

Driver left gouges in concrete driveway after unloading/loading dumpster. This was in addition to Wendy picking up the dumpster before our agreed upon time. Uploading photos.
