This local family owned and operated crew has been caring for my trees every year for the past 8 years. That is because they take pride in their work doing a wonderful job trimming, shaping & thinning. They clean up after themselves leaving everything looking better than before they started.

Was driving south on McQueen rd and Pecos when the truck in front of me was throwing trash onto the street while driving! The truck happened to belong to Aachen tree service, I have not had the pleasure to use this company but from seeing this act I can tell they are not professional and don't value a clean Environment!

I hired this company to remove a cissue tree for me and included in the costs were to grind the stump out. Well during the time spent cutting down the tree they drop a limb onto a pool box and broke it. Did not say anything and covered it with a fire ring pan so nobody would see it. . We called the owner and had them come back out and they said they did not do it and would not pay for it. They also blew all the debris all over our yard instead of cleaning it up. We now are redoing the yard and had a excavator come to redo the area around the tree and found that they did very little stump grinding and just cover the stump with dirt and rocks. Now we are having to hire another company to come grind the stump out and all the major roots that were above ground. Veer hire these guys because they do not do what they say. And still charge you full price for lack of work and when they break something they deniy it.

All I can say is FABULOUS service. The crew members are professional and experts at what they do. They did an fantastic job trimming our five oak trees. They look absolutely beautiful. We will definitely use their service again!

I called this company for a quote on tree trimming. Allison said she would be by that day to discuss. 2 hours later I had a price and some advice on two other trees. I went ahead without any other quotes because the price sounded reasonable based on past experience with tree trimming. Probably not the cheapest I could have gotten but here is the best part of the service. Crew showed up the next morning, did a great job, and was gone by 9:00 am. Less than 24 hours after my initial call.
I would not expect that speed of service every time but it was impressive and quality was great. AACHEN will be my go to for tree maintenance.

We have lived in the valley for 15 years. We have used many of the big name companies, always to be disappointed and ripped off. A friend recommended Aachen and we gave them a call. Allison assessed our situation and listed to our concerns and the next day provided and estimate. We scheduled the service a few days later. Allison was on sight (unlike other "professsionals, who send out a crew, unfamiliar with the details), the entire day while she supervised the crew and inspected their work. I usually do not post reviews, however Aachen really impressed me enough to take the time to share my experience. Dont call anyone else before calling Aachen...
