Have been using these guys for the past six months with excellent service, and good rates. Good turnaround time. They were able to put the dumpster all the way in my backyard, very tight fit.

Needed a 40 yard dumpster for a clean up project at my parents house. Found pricing (competitive) for the container on their website and ordered online. All transactions were done electronically except for a couple of phone calls to confirm delivery and pickup from the driver. Extremely simple....would use them again for future projects.

Doing a home remodeling and property cleanup. After years of just stuff that had accumulated, we decided to purge and do some remodeling. We looked around and found Pyramid. We called and the next day we had one sitting in the driveway. They were very professional and very helpful, the price was also very reasonable. Will call them again.

Rhonda is a rock star! She was so helpful in getting our pick-ups scheduled. She went that extra mile to help me get my job site cleaned up. Every driver that came to our site was friendly and helpful.

What an amazing company. Incredibly accommodating and amazing service. I stress along when talking to customer service because you never know what your going to get. However Dannielle was so kind and very detailed. She made my experience so very easy and relaxing. Asked a million questions and she never once had an issue. Lol even when I had to ask the same question a few times. Lol. Prices and customer service super amazing. Call them!!!!

We would highly recommend Pyramid. Wendy was very kind and very helpful. We rented a 10 yd dumpster for home landscaping (concrete and flagstone) and couldn't have been happier with the service and the price (best in town).

I run a small handy man service that includes property clean up, so we get dumpsters delivered several times a year. The first time I used Pyramid was to dispose of several thousand pounds of cement and it was so easy I've never looked back. We just had a dumpster for a week to clean up a trashed property and as always the customer service was astounding, the driver was on time for drop and pick up. We will be using them regularly in the future.

The staff at Pyramid are all so friendly and easy to work with. They made adjustments to their schedule in order to accommodate my needs. The most affordable rates around! I would recommend Pyramid to anyone that is looking for a dumpster service.

Pyramid was great! On time drop off, friendly driver and great staff. I even bumped my reservation date back a day late the day before, and they accomodated me. So thrilled. Plus, they take twice the weight load than other companies, before charging more. Definately would recommend and use again!

We have been using Pyramid for all our dumpster needs for almost a year now. Compared to our old dumpster company, these guys blew me away the first time we tried them and I have been a loyal customer ever since.
They are so accommodating and always reachable! There has never been a time where I wondered if they got my request. They are on top of things. My invoices are always accurate and we have never had a problem. EVER! Mike and Jason are very personable and always make me smile.

These guys are great. They do one thing and they do it well. The only 2 things that you really need to know is that they are super responsive and super cheap. They will get your needs taken care of.

You do need to be aware; they employ ninjas as drivers. I had a really big project and needed a second dumpster. I overslept the delivery time. When I woke up, I found that they had already exchanged my dumpster without even waking my dog. A truly amazing company!

Great people, pricing and service! I have had the pleasure of working with Jim, Mike and Wendy and they were all professional, friendly and truly cared about helping me. We had to get dumpster quickly and they made it happen. We had to get a larger replacement dumpster quickly and they made it happen again and made sure it fit at our property. They are a family run business that takes care if it’s cusotmers. Highly recommend and telling all my friends about them!

I’ve been using pyramid for dumpster rental for at least 10 years now as a contractor and a real estate investor. Today they were supposed to drop off a 15 yard dumpster. They left it 2 feet inside the garage and I cannot close it. When I asked them to come out and move it forward they said it would be a $65 trip fee to move it. So if I’d like to close the gorge door anytime in the next 7 days I will have to pay them again, or rent a forklift and move it myself (also their suggestion) I’m not sure who these new owners are, but I’m very disappointed with the service provided to me today.

Highly recommend this company. They are always professional, reliable, honest and my experience in general is always great. I’ve never had an issue scheduling and always make sure to provide me with absolute respect when they speak with me. So far I’ve had no issues but Dannielle from the office has followed up with me to be sure everything was great. Love the above and beyond attitude.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. While driving, something unsecured flew off one of their vehicles and hit my car, cracking my windshield. I contacted the company immediately to resolve the issue, expecting them to take responsibility. Unfortunately, they refused to provide their insurance information and have shown no intention of paying for the damages their negligence caused.

This kind of disregard for safety and accountability is unacceptable. If this is how they handle incidents they’re clearly responsible for, I’d strongly caution others against doing business with them. It’s not just about the damage—they’ve shown zero professionalism or concern.

I have reported this company and legal action has be taken.

Aachen has done our tree trimming for years. They're experts at proper trimming and have a great eye for shaping. I won't use anyone else!
