They responded quickly to my calls for scheduling and delivery. The delivery driver called me before drop off to verify placement of the container. I would recommend them for dumpster needs.

The guys were very helpful with answering a few questions I had when I called and within a few min I had a the dumpster I needed scheduled to be dropped off the next morning , they dropped it right where I asked and were prompt on picking it up the next day after I called to schedule the pick up . Pyramid has been the best to work with as far as no hidden fees. Also, Wendy is the best at accommodating our needs and making sure things happen!

They answer the phone, return calls and communicate with you if there are changes to the scheduled times. They might be a little more expensive but most dumpster rental in the area is roughly the same price give or take a few bucks. I would recommend

They were reliable and advised me on the size accurately after I told them what was being demo'd.
Pick up and drop off were within 30 min of time scheduled . Didn't have a 4 hour window. Just said they would be there at this time and they were. That was great.

charged $40.00 for being 2.7 lbs overweight if I was aware of this scam I would drive down and take some items back since many were valuable metals that I was never compensated for anyway. their response is just a out right lie, if you use these jokers make sure you weigh every item so you don't fall for this weight scam they are going to pull on you in the end when they already have your credit card #.
