We had Luis redo our backyard during Spring 2024. It turned out great. After the water rates in Gilbert went up this past year, my wife and I decided that spending money to water grass in the front yard that I had to mow when it was 110 outside was a bad idea. So, we brought him back for the front yard this year.

There are two photos attached to this review...before and after. No more grass, and some nice pavers. We will have him come back next year to plant some desert plants. He said to wait to make sure all the grass is dead.

He and his crew do excellent work, and they get it done quickly. Total pros. As some other reviews note, Luis knows his stuff.

Luis and his team go above and beyond. They have transformed my yard. They do a biweekly service and every job we’ve asked them too. Removal of a tree stump, piled up river rock, and extra dirt to help level the ground. He also installed a sprinkler system, placed pavers, and turf. Luis is upfront with his pricing. He has never got me with extra charges after a jobs been done. He communicates well, he always lets me know when they are coming so I can get the gates open and my pets put up, if he needs to seed or trim my palms he always make sure it’s okay to do beforehand (also upfront on pricing so I know exactly what I’m going to be paying without surprises)
Luis and Sons has done an amazing job with my yard. Will continue to have them build my dream yard and biweekly service.

Luis and his team did a great job of transforming around 1600 sq ft of my old landscape into pavers and new artificial turf. His team also trimmed a large overgrown mesquite tree and cleaned up the remaining landscape. Luis is very communicative, letting me know when his team leaves for the day and when to expect them to arrive the next day. He's also very prompt in responding to text messages if a concern should arise. I was quite anxious because of how large this project was but Luis was always available to address any concerns. He also gives upfront estimates and sticks to the price. If a change to the plan comes up, Luis will work with the client to agree on the additional work and any additional costs before moving forward, so there are no additional surprise expenses along the way.

I'm planning to continue working with Luis and his team to help me maintain the landscape going forward.

Great service at a great price. They had to reschedule a few times, but ended up coming sooner than the original appointment, not later. They worked hard, and fast.

They came out to do yard maintenance which meant a huge cleanup to start including tree and bush trimming and grass mowing/edging. They went above and beyond my expectations. I don't think the yard looked this good since we moved in. Highly recommend them.

Felipe returned my calls and gave me a price quote. When I called him back he was able to do the job the next day. He was on time and it looks great. He accepts cashless payments. Excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.

We've had a huge leak in our sprinkler irrigation box for weeks and have had several other local landscapers flake out on us after booking appointments. Felipe and his crew were able to come by on the same day, fix the valve, trim our trees and bushes, pull weeds and generally clean up the front yard for a very reasonable price.

I'm very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely hire them again!

Excellent work, well deserving of 5 stars! Philips and his team transformed our front yard into a desert landscaping, which used to be a grass area and have a serious weed problem. It’s been six months now, and we are happy how it has maintained—everything still looks great. They also installed artificial turf in our backyard, and it’s looked fantastic from day one.

They were very honest w me. They could have made a lot of money repairing my Many sprinkler leaks , but instead gave me a good price to just redo the whole system . Also gave me a good price on rocks and labor to rerock my yard. English as first language of most employees was a huge plus as well.

To describe the area behind our home aka the backyard.the kids would stare through the back door with a mix of disgust and sweaty nervousness when I mentioned go outside to play. We even nick named it “the outback.”
After a dinner time family meeting we decided to hire Arizona Home and Landscaping. We had known some friends that used them and their backyards were transformed into a relaxing oasis that was an outdoor extension to Arizona family living.
Steve, called us back quickly and set an appointment to review the future of the “outback.”
As he talked about the possibilities, I began to get excited like a mom contemplating a mommy makeover after birthing 4 kids and a set of twins.
Steve is helpful, knowledgeable, creative and has the heart of a teacher. He educated us and it made us feel good about the choices we made.
Our backyard is now complete! Trees offer shade and conversation areas. We have a hosting barbecue area with wood burning pizza oven! Thursday night is pizza night! We spend more time relaxing outside then inside and I now jump at the chance to host any type of shindig or birthday party.
The best part is my husband and I spend evenings relaxing by the fire pit after the kids are in bed. It’s like a mini date at the end of each day!

I was in need of general lawn maintenance for my house and I was blown away at the professionalism and quality of work that Arizona Home and Landscape provided for me.
