I have been contemplating changing out AC units in two of my rental condos. The price quotes I received from multiple companies were around 8k to 9k per unit. I contacted Airspeed Mechanical last week and within 2 days of receiving quotes from them they installed both units for just under 9k. I did approve the install of units that will be using 410 refrigerant - due to be phased out in about 12 years. The installation was done in about 6 hours for each unit. If you need AC work whether a new unit, or repairs you can't go wrong with Airspeed Mechanical.

Last week I was having issues with my ac not working at my apartment at Argenta apts and within 1 day airspeed was able to come out to diagnose the issue and ended up needing a new ac unit. In about 2 days they came out and replaced everyday and did it within a reasonable amount of time and both were very friendly professional and at the same time they didn’t leave a mess or anything. I was very pleased with thier services. Unfortunately I don’t remember the two guys names but I would highly recommend them!

Cornell is amazing!! I’ve referred so many of my friends and family. We heard a loud sound coming from the ac unit. We had a veteran owned and run company come out and say we needed a new ac unit, and if don’t act now, the prices will increase in the summer, it was June at that point. Had a second opinion, they took pictures, went over the diagnostic readings… but same conclusion, we need a new ac unit. Our third consult was Cornell, he fixed the problem for $350 and our ac has been working great a year later! He really knows his stuff and you can tell he just wants to help, and not scam you.

Later, when we established it was more worthwhile to replace a different AC unit we own, over fixing it, CJB offered very competitive pricing, no pressure sales tactics, was very detail oriented during the install, and worked late into the night to make sure our unit was installed on the same day.

I have two units near ASU in Tempe and the A/C wasn't working. A friend of mine recommended Cornell. Cornell knows what he's doing and beat the big companies in price by a lot. The big companies were trying to get us to buy 2 new units at a 200% mark up. Cornell got the units working perfect. He also did a clean up on the units that made them more efficient. Cornell is now my go to AC guy. It helps he's friendly person and a good all around guy. He's the best in AZ!

After the last company couldnt find any leaks, I was ready to give up on fixing my crazy high water bill. First time dealing with these guys Daniel came out and actually tracked down the problem in my yard. He pointed right where they needed to dig, so no more guessing or wasting time. The price seemed pretty reasonable for what they did too.

Kitchen sink had been dripping for weeks. AZ Home Services Group came by and replaced the cartridge in the faucet. Totally stopped the leak, runs smooth now. Happy to have it working right again.

ugh the faucet was dripping forever and just when i thought it couldnt get worse they came yesterday and fixed it in like under an hour crazy timing honestly the parts were old so they swapped em out and no more leaks the price wasnt bad either if youre around chandler az maybe hit them up

had guests coming over and our garbage disposal was literally spraying water all over the sink. called these guys and they got out here pretty quick to add a splash guard thing. honestly its been perfect since then, no more water everywhere. not easy finding someone reliable in chandler that actually knows what theyre doing
