Chandler Air is outstanding! I called on Monday, they arrived on Tuesday morning to check out my system. Darius was an outstanding and very competent young man with the knowledge necessary to take care of my system. Great job young man, great job!

I’d rate Darius 10 stars if I could. He’s a true rock star - professional, technical, ethical, and just a very good person and technician overall. I had issues with a two‑zone system in my two‑story home that caused the upstairs to overheat because of a design flaw from the original builder. Darius didn’t give up until the problem was fully fixed, at a reasonable price. It’s rare to find a company like this nowadays, and I’ll definitely recommend Chandler Air to my friends and neighbors.

I did my research and am so happy I chose Chandler Air. First, Riley looked at my AC system, and sat down and gave me very straight forward answers to my questions. No big powerpoint presentation. Just a no-bull assessment. I listened to pros and cons of two brands I was considering. I considered single stage vs. multi stage and opted for a more efficient SEER2 17.2 Goodman. My AI research said Goodman was great value for a very good product and Riley agreed. He was a great listener and addressed all my questions and concerns. Then the install: it went very smoothly. Jesus and Ashton were very careful and explained what they were doing before, during and after install was complete. The new Ecobee thermostat was a great upgrade over my past thermostat. Chandler Air registered my AC with the manufacturer and sent me the registration certificate . They also made sure my install would qualify for SRP’s cool cash rebate and for the IRS rebate. This was a big investment but the price was reasonable, especially after all the tax credits and rebates. Thank you Chandler AIr!!
