Thank you Viking Heating and Air, I placed a maintenance order with my housing and was told it’ll take 24-48 hours. Well I got a call back from Viking within an hour, and they had the maintenance scheduled same day. They were so quick and friendly. Much appreciated.

Air Conditioner suddenly was not working intermittently. Owen showed up within 1.5 hours from when I called on a Saturday. I had a new unit installed by one of the Large A/C companies. Everytime we had a hard rain or high humidity, the water sensor would trip. I had the original install company attempt to correct the issue three times with out truly fixing the issue.

Owen identified their design flaw, removed and reinstalled properly. I'm back in business. Good family run operation, well recommended.

The crew arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They explained the job and got right to work. They covered my carpets and got along well with my pets. They answered my questions and gave me updates during the job. They cleaned up everything before leaving and did an excellent job. Thank you Owen, Ryan, Kris & Austin. I highly recommend Viking HVAC.

Owen did an awesome job today with preventative maintenance ensuring my furnace was in working order ready for colder AZ evenings. He also cleaned the coils on the air conditioner and hosed it down. Very professional and answered any questions I had. Great job Owen!

Installers: Wayne & Carter (The Dynamic Father and Son Duo)

Viking came out today to install a new 5 ton unit, replacing my older York unit. To preface this review, I have worked in front of and behind many HVAC contractors having previously worked in the Residential Energy Efficiency industry. Most of our jobs entailed fixing issues from HVAC contractors, correcting ductwork architecture, insulation, air infiltration, and so many other facets of Home Energy Efficiency. So I have been around the block a time or two in the contractor world. Initially when I met with Wayne and his son, Carter, they both looked me in the eye and shook my hand. That's a GREAT first impression. These are actual real men. A handshake!

When they got started with the job, I asked them to avoid the synthetic grass which they did with a smile, and never touched it. That is a big plus to my wife and I. Wayne did a fantastic job explaining everything they were doing while waiting for the crane. The job went very smoothly, and the professional HVAC techs were done sooner than I expected. After looking over the installation, I noticed how meticulous they guys were, which was a pleasant surprise. When an HVAC installer takes the time to make the tar/mastic lines look straight and clean, that is professionalism at its best! Viking definitely knows how to take care of their customers and get the job done right the first time.

A huge thank you to Wayne & Carter. You guys did such a great job from top to bottom. You respected my property, did the few small things I asked (stay off synthetic grass and wear booties inside the house) like it was just another day at “the office.” Your install looked perfect – not rushed or sloppy. You were very communicative and overall just really good guys to talk with. Almost like life-long friends. That's a rare thing these days to meet such hard workers that are so genuine. So again, thank you guys so very much!

Our family will definitely be coming back to Viking for all our future needs. Thank you all again for sending Wayne/Carter for such a great install. We couldn’t have ask for more!

Owen take the time to tell me exactly what it is that he’s doing and he seems to be a very good technician. Owen is a very good person for your organization and it makes your company do what it’s supposed to do and that is satisfy your customers and he definitely does that. I signed up for another one year plan. My system has always been working well ever since I’ve hired you guys Viking.

Harris arrived after 5 pm. 110 degrees and working in full sun on the west side of the house in the late afternoon after a full day. Zero complaints. Upbeat. Competent & quick, and happy to explain what he was doing to a homeowner who probably lingered longer than necessary. Also, he had the compatible fan motor & capacitor stocked in his van. What?! Who does that? Top shelf service. Grateful to have the AC on again! 😅

Another excellent experience with Viking! Owen and Austin were great. Routine service check on three separate units, and they were professional and knowledgeable. They also dealt with all of my questions on routine maintenance I can complete on my own, so I now have an easy checklist that I can go through to extend the life of the units. I worked with Viking previously on a full install in a prior home, and I would definitely recommend them for maintenance work or complete AC system installs. Thank you!!

What another company couldn’t do in three month Viking Air COULD DO within days!!
In over 100 degree temperatures within minutes Viking Air was able to get a tech out to our home. Tell us exactly what was wrong and educate us. They took the responsibility and did everything in their power for our home and our animals to keep us safe when another company failed us twice!
The techs at Viking Air showed up 30 minutes early. They were very respectful of our home, time, and animals! They let us know exactly what was going on every step of the way.
If you want company that will show up and take the responsibility Viking Air is the way to go !

Owen did a phenomenal job of installing a Breeze air eval cooler to replace my existing 40 year old unit. He knew exactly what to do to minimize the surgery to our house to integrate the high tech controller into our existing wiring. He as fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and Viking.

I do not understand why it is so difficult to get honest and quality HVAC companies in the valley. The tech asked me to write a review, so I am doing so.

I had them come out today and I explained to them (Felipe I think) on the phone I needed someone to come out and FULLY check the system. My understanding is they would check for LEAKS, PRESSURE, and any additional issues with the system. While I realize they did not install it, they should honor any work they do after the fact.

I asked the tech three times if everything looks good. He said I was low on refrigerant, and I would need about a lb. He showed me the pressures were roughly 80ish. I am not an HVAC tech but I have a very strong understanding of how refrigeration and HVAC work. He added a lb of refrigerant. Which he said should be more than enough. Anyway, he showed me the pressures, and they were about 100. From what I was told by the manufacturer it should be roughly 115.

So first, not enough refrigerant. After he left the unit was def blowing cold. But that was about for another 3 hours until the entire system froze up and leaked everywhere. The entire air handler was a block of ice. After I turned it off, I had it running for a while at a higher temp.

After all this I noticed the handler was no longer cooling the air and instead blowing out lukewarm air. Meaning there is more than likely a leak. As I mentioned to the tech and the person on the phone, I needed a FULL DIAG.

I had another AC Company come this evening and they found a leak and plugged it up right away. Only to find my unit is back to having LOW refrigerant and now the unit won't work properly.

Overall, I just feel I can no longer trust any HVAC companies here in AZ. They come out and try to leave as quickly as possible. I spend $220 which I do not have and won't get back because of this leak. I wanted to start using a new HVAC company for all my needs, but Chandler Air will not be one of them.

Justin, Chandler Air Condition Service Rep, is a great representative for the company. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. In a timely manner, he was able to diagnose my problem and was able to resolve the issues without any hard salesmanship techniques.

Keenan did a great job! He was very professional and explained everything well. Would highly recommend Chandler Air.

Darius did a great awesome job doing the tune up with my air conditioner. This is the 2nd time around that I had services done with my air conditioner from this company. They are resourceful, professional, answered all my questions without any hesitations. The first person who came the first time did do an excellent job as well and found right away what he needed to do to make the air conditioner to work. Both are very knowledgeable, and explained what they’re doing and Darius said they like helping customers. I fully recommend Chandler Air. Please give them a call if you have issues with your air conditioner . Prices they charge is fair, honest company.
