The service was thorough, efficient, and he left the work area as clean as he found it. I really appreciated his attention to detail, highly recommend Chandler Air and Keenan!

I called Chandler Air out, along with a few other companies, to give me quotes for replacement of my AC system. Not only did they come out quickly, Riley identified that my current system was oversized for my small home, he also worked with me to find the best unit for me, he was also amazing when some significant issues (out of his control) came up during the process of installing a new unit. My home is cooling more economically now.
Professional, helpful, local, and family owned Chandler Air should be your first call when you have AC issues, especially if you need a replacement. Thank you Riley!

Chandler Air so far has been very easy to work with and accommodating with my schedule. While the new upstairs/downstairs AC had a few manufacturer defects, they have always done the right thing in getting it corrected quickly. Justin, one of their senior techs was especially instrumental in fixing a compressor that went bad after one year. He also was able to make the units quieter and has been a pleasure to work with.

I am impressed by my experience with Chandler Air. They answered the phone promptly, and responded quickly with a service call. I required a new installation. Riley and Tyler were thorough and knowledgeable explaining the options, and offered a fair price. Jesus and AJ did an excellent, clean, professional installation. I highly recommend this outfit.

**Update**
Come to find out they didn't install the correct unit model. It took 2 full months to resolve this. I ended up working with the operations manager Aaron who was great and did successfully resolve the issue. I can say as much as this company does stand by their work, which cannot be said for every company.

I would give me first experience 5 stars and the second 3 stars so I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4 since I cannot give a 5 star review based on my most recent experience.

TLDR I cannot recommend this company. They installed a unit for me on July 2nd and it has been nothing but problems ever since and now cannot get a response from the person i have been working with since day 1.

I have been using Chandler Air for many years. They have now installed 2 different roof AC Heat Pump Roof Combos for me. Based on the first one I would have given them 5 stars. It was flawless and worked perfectly with no problems.

I since moved into a house that at close we knew was going to need a new unit soon being the one on the roof was from 2009. It was no surprise to me when it went out or when they told me that the best course of action was to replace it instead of trying to fix it. The install was scheduled and from there it was all a giant nightmare.

The day of the install I was told that they would arrive at 8am. Ok cool. 8am rolls around no word. By 10am still no word. I had to call them to find out the crane wasn't going to be here until 11 so there was nothing they could do until then. Oh okay well communication of that would have been nice. Go outside and find my new unit sitting on the ground 100% unattended. I didn't even know they had been here. They finally show up around 11 with the crane takes a few hours to install. They come in after it's been installed do a few checks and tell me I'm good to go. Well by the time they left it was 85 degrees in my house.

The unit runs literally for the rest of the day I call Riley around 8 because this is not the experience that I had at my old house and was told to just let it run if it doesn't get down to temp by the morning to let them know. Ok so i check my ecobee and it finally got down to temp. But during the day it is still not cooling and won't get down below 80 in the house. Let Riley know and he sent someone out. Oh the themostat wasn't wired correctly. Oh okay. A few days later upstairs still is not getting below 80 let Riley know again. Once again he sends someone out oh well now the blower wasn't set properly it was set at the lowest possible speed. They leave. A few days later nope upstairs STILL is not cooling properly they send someone out do more checks and I get told they screwed up and gave me the wrong size unit and that Riley will be contacting me. I get a call from Riley to be told the next step is for them to come out AGAIN with the Bosch rep and look at the unit. They come out and DISABLE THE FIRST TWO STAGES on a variable unit. Okay now it's cooling in here but my electricity bill is skyrocketing and the system is constantly cycling on and off which is not normal based on my experience with the exact same unit that was in my prior house.

At this point I'm contacting Riley with absolutely no response. Stating that the first 2 stages need to be reinstated. I had to get window units for my upstairs bedrooms because of this issue which cost me an additional grand ON TOP OF the almost 21 grand the ac unit cost me. I cannot say that I'm a happy customer or that I trust that these people know how to do their jobs at this point. I was really trying not to have to write this review, but after a full month of back and forth with them I'm fed up.

I have interacted with 3 people on their team - sales, tech, and scheduling. All are 10’s! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Darius Wilson from Chandler Air came to my house today to fix my broken air conditioner. I highly recommend Darius and Chandler Air for anyone who is having air conditioner issues. Darius was friendly knowledgeable and worked quickly to repair my aging air conditioner. Chandler Air also has a maintenance program that makes maintaining the air conditioner very affordable. I am so glad Chandler Air was recommended to me.

We have been very pleased with all aspects of Chandler Air. From the day Riley came out and provided us an estimate to today when our new system was installed, everyone has been extremely helpful and clear in communicating what was going on. Our system was installed by Jesus and A.J. and they did an exceptional job. They were very professional, competent and communicated throughout the day during the process. We could not have asked for nicer individuals to come into our home. We would highly recommend this company!

We got a new AC system put in on our roof by a different company three years ago. We continued to have problems with the AC system shutting off and leaking water down into the ceiling from the attic. I reached out multiple times to the original company who installed it, they always said it just needed a coil cleaning. We than began reaching out to other companies around the valley and they would try selling us on different equipment I would need on the new unit in order to fix it. We reached out to Chandler Air and Justin came over and checked out the AC. He informed us that the entire unit was installed wrong and the original company even damaged the housing and was choking the system. He documented everything that needed to be fixed with pictures and explanations of all the errors. Instead of selling me on numerous items as other companies did, he advised me to reach out to the original company and get them to repair their shotty work. He seemed very genuine and just wanted to help us out as much as he could. With only charging us the evaluation fee, he went above and beyond by repiping our drain and patching shotty electrical work the previous company did. He also supplied me with all the documentation of errors he found in order for me to get this unit done right by the previous company. Any future AC repairs I need done after this situation I will be calling Chandler Air first.

Sam the technician from Chandler Air showed up to my home to fix my a/ c problem, the outside fan condenser motor went out, Sam hooked up the new motor tied up the excess wire put everything into a nice neat package and made sure the unit was operating properly. Sam is very impressive he knows his business and is a very nice person. I would recommend Chandler Air to anyone that needs A/C or heating services any day of the week. They are top notch people and trustworthy. worth

Derick did such a good job evaluating the problem with our air conditioner! The problem was the capacitor and he installed a new one quickly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable! I strongly recommend Chandler Air

We recently discovered we were in need of a new A/C roof unit. Can’t say enough about the staff Justin, Tyler, Jesus, and AJ that helped us through the process. Professional, Polite, and all around good guys. No wonder they’ve been in business for 42 plus years. Thanks guys

One of our AC units stopped working in the middle of the night. Luckily Chandler Air does weekend repairs and they don’t upcharge you for that! Our tech, Keenan was awesome! He was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed it. What I really appreciated was his attention to detail. He took his time cleaning everything out and made sure that the entire system including, my new thermostat, was up and running correctly. I would highly recommend Chandler Air and Keenan!

Chandler Air was very responsive. They worked with our changing schedule, provided estimates for multiple options and were courteous and helpful throughout the process. We had just purchased the home so this was a very unexpected additional expense. We had confidence in Chandler Air to get us through this rough patch.

Chandler Air is the absolute best! Spring tune up time. Darius was on time, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Checked both of our systems carefully for $29 each.

They installed our ductless system a few years ago and we could not be happier. Strongly recommend them.

Riley from Chandler Air was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of my time, and quoted me several options. There was no hard sell, no making me work around his schedule, just an earnest desire to do a great job and make sure I was happy. Hector and Jesus completed the install in an efficient and professional manner. And Aaron was great in quickly sending guys back out to address a small concern I had. I highly recommend Chandler Air Service for new residential HVAC systems, maintenance, and repair.

Had a repair on my 15 yo original 4 ton ac gas furnace system. Got quotes on a new one and the price was competitive or better. From Adam the rep to Hector and Jesus the installers everything went smoothly. The installers were efficient and professional respecting my home and you'd never know they were here. New system in by lunch and a happy customer.

Edit Justin came by just to give a check to the system this week (mar 2025). Everything good and running great. Ready for another summer. He was helpful and thorough. Thanks Justin!

My last two HVAC companies were scandalous at best. They fed me the sales pitch about being the best HVAC company in the valley but after I signed on for a 12+ month service contract, their service became mediocre with constant sales pitches that second opinions proved were not necessary.

I’m glad I called Chandler Air. Justin gave a courtesy call before arriving. He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and above all, took the time to explain any issues with my HVAC system. With so many scandalous companies putting profit above customer service, it’s nice to see there are still a few honest technicians like Justin.

Darius did a great job for us today. He was timely, fast, and took time to explain things. Even changed an air filter for me that is up super high (saving me the trouble of carrying a heavy ladder in from the garage).

My wife and I are relatively new to AZ and selected Chandler Air after some research. Definitely a great find!
