The whole team has been polite and professional during the process of getting my new AC installed. Valerie, Mike, Ryan, and Austin got me out of the heat with a quality installed unit, about 5 days start to finish.

Was having trouble with the old HVAC unit and had Viking install the replacement. It was a quick turnaround, a fast and efficient install, and Ryan and Austin were kind, courteous, and did a great job! Would happily recommend.

Exceptional service during a Phoenix heat emergency

I want to sincerely thank Viking Heating and AC — and especially our technician, Harris — for their incredible professionalism and compassion during a critical time. On a day when temperatures reached 110°F in Phoenix, our AC went out and we were struggling to get help. Harris arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and cared for.

Even though it was late in the day and extremely hot, Harris was patient, kind, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cared about our well-being. Understanding how dangerous the heat can be, he returned to complete the repair that same evening.

In a stressful and urgent situation, Harris and Viking Heating and AC provided a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, honest, and compassionate HVAC service.

Owen was fantastic during the work on getting our cooling and heating fixed in our home. Great Communication and patience when explaining everything. Also, Valerie at the office was amazing to speak with and made sure our family did not suffer through the Arizona heat and was able to get the job scheduled quickly!!! Viking is a family owned business that covers quite a territory in the valley. I had them install a new 5 ton split system for my home. The people at Viking are courteous, professional, and very customer service oriented. My first contact was with Valerie and she was on top of everything; from scheduling the meeting at my home to coordination of all aspects of the job. If I had any questions, I just called the office number and she answered every time. She took the time to answer or relay my concerns to the appropriate personnel. Working with the rest of the employees was just as satisfying. My meeting with Mike for the initial onsite inspection went well. He was very knowledgeable and presented additional options for me to consider, but by no means was pressuring me to purchase them. The installation crew, Wayne and Carter, were a team for this type of work. They had a system in place to expedite the installation process with extreme efficiency. They took the time to answer any questions I had and always talked very highly of the company they worked for. The final inspection of the job took place a few weeks after the install and was very thorough. Only issue was the condensing unit needed shimmed a little on one side. If you need any type HVAC work done, I would highly recommend Viking Heating and Air.

Viking came out the same day as the service call. Tech was in our area. Great coincidence. Our Tech was Miguel. He went to work identified the problem and notified our home warranty company. Warranty company was a problem. Without the details Viking and Miguel stepped up and got the job done. Miguel’s attitude, professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. Vikings office, Valerie was also professional, friendly and effective. We thank you for getting the job done quickly and professionally. Had Viking AC technicians Owen and Logan Take a look at my unit after major hailstorm we had in Tempe Last night. They managed to seal up some cracks on exterior aluminum air duct.
