Ken Muncy AC is the best service provider of ANY kind we've ever had in all our decades of owning a home. They show up when they say they will, they do the most expert work (fixed correctly the *first* time), they charge a fair price, and they finish the job on the first visit even if they have to go get specific parts. All of the repair staff are clean, professional and polite and I've known them so long that I can leave to go to work and they lock up when done---no problems. I've known Ken and his staff for 16 years, they have the highest business ethics.

Just needed new thermostats but my old house didn’t have proper wiring connected. Dominic was communicative, respectful and on time. He explained why and how he was setting things up and ensured that everything was working properly before leaving!

Dominic did an outstanding job with inspection of existing A/C Units and air handlers, explained things to listen and look out for, and was patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions. A/C Units referred to above were also purchased from Ken Muncy Air Conditioning 2yrs ago and have worked flawlessly. Great company, great quality, great people.

I needed to replace my heat pump and called up Ken Muncy AC, who were able to provide a competitive quote quickly and set aside time to answer all my questions on comparing various quotes. I appreciated the customer service and ability to answer all of my questions. They were able to schedule the install within a week and everything on install day went perfect. They were quick, efficient and clean in the installation. They went above and beyond fixing some water damage in my air handler area as well. Great service, 10/10 would recommend and will be using them for service on the new unit!

From the moment I called and explained to them the dire situation we were in, I felt the comfort and the assurance you only get from a company that is set out to always give the best to its clients. I called the company yesterday passed working business hours and I spoken with Ken for service and he immediately scheduled me for the next day. And his employee showed up early morning. And repair was done less than an hour. This was a super excellent service. I called the company that installed my air condition unit 3 years ago and I asked to speak to a manager, and I did not get a callback and the company scheduled me for 2 more days.. This is a bad reputations to this company and when I called Ken I got scheduled for the next day. This is very amazing. Ken thank you so much. Ken was referred to me by a friend. Your company is great. First time I used your company 3 weeks ago.my bill high. I paid it. Then same issue happened again. They’re techs great. They found same problem They did repair. Took almost 4 hrs. It’s done. Working. They said no charge. Their bad. Should have fixed it first time. Is what they told me I’m ever so grateful to this company. I’m 80 a widow. They were booked up, but can't out anyway and serviced my AC. Having animals inside the house and no where to take them for hear relief, they were a good sent.

We had an air conditioning problem develop late on a Friday afternoon with outside temperature of 100+. Called Ken Muncy, who was actually closed-but they did answer my call. They scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. the next day (Saturday) and their technician diagnosed and repaired the problem during his visit. Was obviously very much appreciated!

Today Tech Dominic and his apprentice showed up early this morning in response to a call for help late last night. He did a thorough inspection and found the problem. Joey and Oscar were excellent in installing a new HVAC unit. Joey had to return to change my thermostat and he is absolutely wonderful and patient, as I have my challenges with technology and eyesight and he takes the time to explain to me how to use the thermostat in a way that I understand.
