Glad I discovered this family owned company. I was greatly impressed with the communication, the timeliness, price, the employees, the installation & hands on working owner. Our old Goodman was tired and was 14 years old, and needed to be retired. I look forward to years of dependable service with the New American Standard furnace, coil, and air conditioner and hope this continues to be good working relationship over the years with Viking. We were on the outskirts of their work area,, but was assured in a service emergency their response would be the same as if we were in Chandler. . They answered all questions, even taking extra time to demonstrate and show us how the new WiFi thermostat is setup and works. They took extra steps to minimize the enlargement needed of the attic entrance to accomodate the new furnace and coil which resulted in a cost savings to me, not needing a Sheetrock/Texture guy! They left the premises cleaned up and neat. And they had said it will take 6 hours. and it was just that. thank you VIKING HEATING & AIR.

Ryan was patient, friendly, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He took time to show me how the current thermostat works and what to do if an upgrade were to happen in the future. He answered my questions and showed me what caused the air conditioner issue.

I had an excellent experience with Viking Heating and Air Conditioning for my new AC installation. The initial technician, Mike, came out to assess the project and provided a clear, transparent overview of what needed to be done.

A few days later, Wayne and Carter arrived on time to handle the installation. They worked efficiently, without any issues, and did an outstanding job setting up the new system. From ordering to delivery and installation, the entire process was impressively fast, taking only a few days.

I also opted for some upgrades and changes to my current set up but appreciated that there was no pressure from any of the staff to add more than I needed. I highly recommend Viking for anyone with HVAC needs or looking to install a new system.

Mike was awesome. My appointment was scheduled between 12 to 3 pm. He called and texted me and arrived at 1 pm. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit and fixed the issue. Highly recommend Viking Heating and Air Conditioning.

The owner Kelly is very proactive and takes the best route to make sure their customers are well taken care of. I trust that they are clear with prices and from my experience, it has been very competitive with other competitors. AZ summers can be intense but I appreciate them having the crew out promptly to take care of our AC needs. I definitely would recommend this company and continue using their services.
